Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik "na produkty mleczne. Tego typu pojemnik jest przeznaczony do przechowywania produktów mlecznych zwlaszcza serów, serów wiejskich, zsiadlego mleka i jogurtów. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, pojemnik na produkty mleczne, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i kolorach. Wzór pojemnika na produkty mleczne uwidoczniono na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2 - pokrywa pojemnika w widoku perspektywicznym. Pojemnik ma korpus i wieczko z uszami. Korpus ma ksztalt zblizony do wydrazonego w srodku scietego stozka, którego podstawa o mniejszej srednicy stanowi podstawe pojemnika. Wieczko ma okragly ksztalt, a wokól obrzeza ma pierscieniowy kolnierz zakonczony od góry wywinietym na zewnatrz rantem. Poobu stronach wieczka sa pólokragle, plaskie uchwyty, usytuowane symetrycznie i przeciwlegle do siebie. Uchwyty sa nieco odchylone na zewnatrz. Po zewnetrznej stronie, na powierzchni kolnierza sa dwa pierscieniowe wystepy, a od srodka trójkatne zebra. Natomiast korpus pojemnika sklada sie z trzech obreczy, o róznej szerokosci, przy czym dolna obrecz jest najszersza. Od srodka korpus pojemnika ma pierscieniowy wystep usytuowany na jego obwodzie. Cechami istotnymi pojemnika, jest to ze ma korpus i wieczko z uszami, przy czym korpus ma ksztalt zblizony do wydrazonego w srodku scietego stozka, którego podstawa o mniejszej srednicy stanowi podstawe pojemnika, zas wieczko ma okragly ksztalt, a wokól obrzeza ma pierscieniowy kolnierz zakonczony od góry wywinietym na zewnatrz rantem, natomiast po obu stronach wieczka sa pólokragle, plaskie uchwyty, usytuowane symetrycznie i przeciwlegle do siebie, przy czym uchwyty sa nieco odchylone na zewnatrz, a po zewnetrznej stronie, na powierzchni kolnierza sa dwa pierscieniowe wystepy, a od srodka trójkatne zebra, natomiast korpus pojemnika sklada sie z trzech obreczy, o róznej szerokosci, przy czym dolna obrecz jest najszersza, zas od srodka korpus pojemnika ma pierscieniowy wystep usytuowany na jego obwodzie, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach fig.1,2.FIG. 1 FIG. 2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a container for dairy products. This type of container is intended for storing dairy products, especially cheeses, cottage cheeses, sour milk and yogurts. In comparison to known products of this type, similar in form, the container for dairy products, according to the industrial design, stands out with its new form manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines and colors. The design of the container for dairy products is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the container cover in a perspective view. The container has a body and a lid with handles. The body has a shape similar to a hollow truncated cone, the base of which has a smaller diameter and forms the base of the container. The lid has a round shape and around the rim it has an annular collar with a rolled-out edge at the top. On both sides of the lid there are Semicircular, flat handles, positioned symmetrically and opposite each other. The handles are slightly angled outward. On the outer side, on the collar surface, there are two annular protrusions, and on the inside, triangular ribs. The body of the container consists of three hoops of different widths, with the lower hoop being the widest. From the inside, the body of the container has an annular protrusion located around its circumference. The container's essential features are that it has a body and a lid with handles, the body having a shape similar to a hollowed-out truncated cone, the base of which, with a smaller diameter, forms the base of the container. The lid is circular, and around the rim, it has an annular collar, ending at the top with an outwardly turned edge. On both sides of the lid, there are semicircular, flat handles, located symmetrically and opposite to each other, wherein the handles are slightly tilted outwards, and on the outer side, on the surface of the collar there are two annular projections, and from the inside there are triangular ribs, while the body of the container consists of three hoops of different widths, wherein the lower hoop is the widest, and from the inside the body of the container has an annular projection located on its circumference, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, 2.
