Description

Pierwszenstwo: Opublikowano: 25.111.1970 59636 KI. 5 c, 15/54 MKP E 21 d ASJ5lt Twórca wynalazku: dr inz. Umocowane do tulei 11 ciegno 7 moze wychylac sie w plaszczyznie pionowej, natomiast w poziomej plaszczyznie tworzy sztywne polaczenie.Na ciegno 7 moze byc zalozony pierscien oporowy fc. którego polozenie jest ustalone dwoma sprezynami 9, 10. Sprezyny 9, 10 zezwalaja na czesciowe wydlu¬ zanie rozpory przy znacznych nierównosciach spagu i zabezpieczaja przed przeciazeniem ciegiel przy wzglednym ruchu skal stropowych i spagowych.Drugi koniec ciegna 7 umocowany jest przegubo¬ wo do stojaka 3 nastepnej sekcji obudowy. Jezeli obudowa bedzie dazyla do spelzywania w czasie eksploatacji pokladów nachylonych wówczas nalezy 5 ustawic odpowiednio prowadnice 1, górnych sek¬ cjach obudowy tak by zapobiegala ona spelzywaniu obudowy. Dla ulatwienia kierowania obudowa w pokladach nachylonych mozna do stojaków ostat¬ niego zestawu od strony wzniosu zabudowac me¬ chanizm skretu prowadnicy 1 ustawiany recznie, lub hydraulicznie przy pomocy ramion przesuwaja¬ cych sie wzdluz szyny prowadniczej rozpartej sto¬ jakami hydraulicznymi indywidualnymi. PL PLPriority: Published: 25/11/1970 59636 KI. 5 c, 15/54 MKP E 21 d ASJ5lt Author of the invention: PhD Eng Kazimierz Podgórski Patent owner: Silesian University of Technology (Department of Underground Mine Construction), Gliwice (Poland) Powered support section strut The subject of the invention is a power support section strut that enables proper guidance of support set sections in mining excavations. Known solutions of struts used to determine the distance between support sections along the wall do not allow for their parallel guidance during movement perpendicular to the wall and were the cause of breaking and cracking of pipes supplying oil to individual support sections. Previous solutions of support section struts do not protect the support sections against creeping when they are operated on the wall in a inclined clades. In this case, there is a need to periodically pull the entire set of individual sections towards the overhead gallery. The struts used between the sections do not have appropriate guides enabling the directed movement of the sections in the powered support set. The aim of the invention is to design a strut with a guide which, depending on the mutual position of the sections, causes their parallel movement forward, so that the sections do not make arcs but are moved along a straight line with the possibility of setting a given direction. This aim was achieved by attaching a guide 10 15 25 30 to the hydraulic prop of the support section, in which the strut holder is guided, which, when the section moves forward, moves in the guide groove in a precisely defined position thanks to a cable or a slider with a ring. The strut rod holder is connected by a cable which embraces the prop so that the axis of rotation The strut is located in the axis of the hydraulic prop. As the strut rod swings through the moving housing, the strut holder moves in the guide, guided by the cable, so that the distance between the hydraulic props of individual sections increases diagonally, and the section moves along a specific straight line perpendicular to the wall gate. A variant of guiding the strut holder in the guide is a slider with a ring. The slider is guided in a sleeve to which are attached the holders, which fit into a groove in the guide attached to the prop. The sleeve connected to the strut rod causes a partial rotation of the slider attached to the ring around the axis of the housing section stand during the section movement, so that the handles attached to the sleeve, guided in the guide, always position the moved section along the desired direction. Thanks to this, the required distance between the sections can be maintained, which avoids breaking off the hoses supplying oil to the powered support section. An example of the strut solution according to the invention is shown in the drawing, wherein: Fig. 1 596363 59636 4 shows the sections connected by struts in the powered support set, Fig. 2 - longitudinal section through the strut with a cable, Fig. 3 - longitudinal section through the strut with a slider, Fig. 4 - cross-section through the strut with a slider. The strut according to the invention has at its end a guide 1 with a clamp 2 attached to the hydraulic stand 3 of the support section. A handle 4 is guided in the guide 1. The handle 4 can be connected with a cable 5 or with a sleeve 11. Instead of the cable 5 guiding the handle 4, a ring can be used with a slider in the form of a pin 12, which fits into the sleeve U. The sleeve 11 has handles 4 on the sides guided in the upper and lower guide 1. The rod 7 attached to the sleeve 11 can swing in the vertical plane, while in the horizontal plane it creates a rigid connection. A resistance ring fc can be placed on the rod 7, the position of which is fixed by two springs 9, 10. The springs 9, 10 allow for partial extension of the strut in case of significant unevenness of the floor and protect the rods against overloading in case of relative movement of the ceiling rocks and The other end of the tie rod 7 is pivotally attached to the prop 3 of the next support section. If the support tends to creep during operation on inclined seams, then guide 1 should be adjusted accordingly in the upper sections of the support to prevent the support from creeping. To facilitate steering the support in inclined seams, a guide 1 turning mechanism can be installed in the props of the last set on the riser side, adjusted manually or hydraulically using arms sliding along the guide rail supported by individual hydraulic props.
