Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pieczatka indywidualna przeznaczona do pieczetowania dokumentów, szczególnie przez osoby wykonujace czynnosci sluzbowe w terenie, poza miejscem stalego urzedowania. Znane sa pieczatki indywidualne tzw. „lekarskie", skladajace sie z malego prostego, plaskiego metalowego pudelka z osadzonym na zawiasach wieczkiem zaopatrzonym w mechanizm zatrzaskowy, na dnie którego usytuowana jest wlóknista poduszka nasycona tuszem. Wewnatrz metalowego pudelka umieszczona jest metalowa plytka, do której przyklejona jest gumowa plytka peaac z napisem. Metalowa plytka w swej górnej plaszczyznie ma zawiasowo umocowany uchwyt w ksztalcie pierscienia. Celem wzoru przemyslowego jest opracowanie pieczatki indywidualnej, przejawiajacej sie nowym atrakcyjnym ksztaltem nadajacym jej oryginalny wyglad umozliwiajacy osiagniecie nieoczekiwanego efektu estetycznego oraz poprawienie funkcjonalnosci w jej uzytkowaniu.Pieczatka indywidualna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona na Fig.1, Fig.2 i Fig.la, Fig.2a sklada sie z dwóch rozlacznych elementó w tj. obudowy 1, która ma postac otwartego od góry pudelka w ksztalcie plaskiego prostopadloscianu. Dwie boczne dluzsze zewnetrzne plaszczyzny obudowy 1 uksztaltowane sa formie wycinka powierzchni walcowej. Na dnie obudowy 1 umieszczona jest poduszka tuszujaca 2.
