Niektóre rodzaje szelek zawieraja dodatkowo pas biodrowy, niezbedny do przymocowania sie montera do konstrukcji slupowej podczas pracy. 1 przedstawia szelki w widoku ogólnym z przodu, a fig. Opaski udowe 1 maja za zadanie w razie upadku poderwac w góre nogi pracownika i osadzic go w siodelku 3. 3IUR0 USLUG PATENTOWYCH ini. JAN SZUTA RZECZNIK PATENTOWY 94-127 Lódz, ul. Plywacka 94 TEL 40-43-981066 13 PL1 ^ 1 — I OsRu 9W \ r Safety harness The subject of the utility model is the safety harness t intended for people working at heights to prevent them from falling from a height. The well-known safety harness consists of four basic elements: two slings parallel to each other on shoulders and chest and crossed on the back in a special cross plate with a fastening buckle, two thigh straps, a saddle and a transverse, sliding chest strap with an adjustment buckle, connecting both longitudinal slings. The tactical straps are connected to the thigh straps by means of buckles. The saddle, together with the thigh belts, is made of one section of the tape by appropriate folding and stitching. Some types of harness additionally include a lap belt, necessary to attach the fitter to the post structure during work. The known solutions of safety harnesses described above have numerous inconveniences, which have a significant impact on their operation and work comfort, and thus affect the user's safety and full its protection against the side effects of the harness. Most problems are related to the construction of the saddle and thigh straps. In most solutions, the leg straps tighten around the crotch of the worker during a fall and do not automatically seat the user in the saddle in such cases. These disadvantages are the result of the way of connecting the leg straps and the possibility of adjusting their length, so that instead of placing them in the saddle during a fall, in the event of incorrect adjustment, the assembler is thrown out of the saddle. The safety harness according to the utility pattern is characterized by the fact that the back and chest sections of the sling They are permanently connected at the height of the hips with the horizontal seat belt. The harness has thigh bands with adjustment buckles, while the bands are connected to the back of the saddle, and on the sides, through vertical slings with the ears, they are connected to a tactical strap that is threaded through the lugs. The use of thigh bands connected with a saddle instead of the leg straps allowed for elimination of the basic inconvenience of squeezing the perineum of the worker not only during the fall, but also often during work. The durable connection of the straps with the hip belt improves the comfort of work and increases the versatility of the harness. The advantages known from other solutions are preserved, such as simplicity of construction, compact structure and adhesion of the belts to the body. Other advantages of the patterned harness will be mentioned later in the description of the construction details. The subject of the utility pattern is shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the harness in an overview from the front and fig. 2 shows the slings from the side. 1, the harness has two thigh bands 1 with adjustment buckles 2 located on the front of the thigh. The rear parts of the thigh bands 1 are connected to each other by a saddle 3. As can be seen in Fig. 2, on the sides of the bands 1 there are slings 4 with eyelets 5 threaded through which the strap 6 of the slings is threaded. The strap 6 is shaped so that the sections on the chest and shoulders are parallel, while on the back they are crossed on the plate 8, which is also an attachment buckle. On the chest, the parallel sections of straps 6 are equipped with clamping and adjustment buckles 7, and the distance between them is regulated by a horizontal, sliding chest strap 9, a fastened buckle 12. At the hip height, the lower part of the back and chest straps 6 is permanently connected to the hip levels seat belt 10 with a buckle-adjusting buckle on the abdomen. As can be seen from the description of the construction, the main feature of the harness is the fact that the strap 6 of the slings is an endless strap, where the back sections, after threading through the lugs 5 of the slings 4, become the thoracic (and further shoulder sections) and only there, on the thoracic sections, are the clamping and adjustment buckles 7. The use of the seat belt 10 permanently connected to the tapes increases the versatility of the harness and allows for a better distribution of the harness pressure on the fitter's body. On May 1, the task is to tear up the employee's legs in the event of a fall and seat them in the saddle 3. 3IUR0 PATENT SERVICES ini. JAN SZUTA PATENT ATTORNEY 94-127 Lódz, ul.
