Description
Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest plik toreb tworzywowych, przeznaczonych dla roznosicieli ulotek reklamowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pliku toreb tworzywowych przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku w widoku ogólnym. Plik toreb tworzywowych z uchwytem i zgrzewami, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, poszczególne torby wyposazone sa w krótsza górna powierzchnie ( I ) która konczy sie w okolicy perforacji ( 2 ) znajdujacej sie na dluzszej powierzchni torby na której usytuowane sie równiez otwory ( 3 ) do zawieszania pliku i punkt laczacy plik ( 4 ) . Torby w pliku posiadaja zgrzewy boczne ( 5 ) oraz uchwyt ( 6 ). PLThe industrial design is for a bundle of plastic bags intended for leaflet distributors. The design's essence lies in the new form of the bundle of plastic bags, as reflected in its shape. The bundle of plastic bags, with a handle and welds, has the following essential industrial design features: each bag has a shorter upper surface (I) that terminates near a perforation (2) located on the longer surface of the bag, which also features holes (3) for hanging the bundle and a bundle attachment point (4). The bags in the bundle have side welds (5) and a handle (6).
