Description

Janusz Zurek3/S ~ ~ ¦*- w v/ 6%W\ PLThe subject of the utility model is the profile of a thermally insulated window post, especially for insulating glass units. Window frame profiles are known, which are composed of two aluminum shapes connected with spacers embedded in oblique protrusions. On the outer and inner surfaces of the shapes there are protrusions and catches. It is also known from the description of the Polish utility model application W 97806, the shape having on one side of its long side two-sided extensions passing into channels, the sides of which and shorter sides of the shape contain the tabs facing each other. On the other side of the longer side, on the extensions of the shorter sides, there are oblique protrusions. According to the utility pattern, on the walls constituting the two-sided extension of the side of the shape placed on the outside of the building, there is a rib. The side, which is the internal element of the post, and the side of the other shape parallel to it, have two-sided extensions in the form of angled catches, the free ends of which point directly towards the ribs. On the perpendicular sides of the shape, being part of the post on the inside of the building, there is an angled catch, while on the inner surfaces of these sides they are hollow in the form of incomplete rings. The same protrusion is on the inside surface of the side with the oblique projections of the other shape. On the inner surface of the side constituting the element of the post located on the inside of the building, there is a thickening. There are grooves in the symmetry axis of the two projections facing each other, in the shape of incomplete rings. The window post made in accordance with the utility pattern has good thermal insulation properties. The large depth of the profile allows the use of insulating glass with a core width. The subject of the utility model is shown in the cross-section of the drawing. As shown in the drawing, the profile of the window post consists of two straight H ^ shapes with a rectangular cross-section, connected by two spacers 3_9 wedged between the oblique projections 4 and 2, which are on the outer surface of the sides &.!] _ • The projections ^ 4, placed on the extension of the perpendicular sides of it ^^ J ^ O. and jj ^, are ended with profiled protrusions _T2, protruding outside the outline of shapes 2. and ^. On the inner side surface] _ symmetrical shape 2_ and on the inner surface of the sides _8 and 3_ of the shape l_ there are protrusions _T3 in the shape rings, and on the inner surface of the side 14 there is a thickening 15. Side 1 ^ and side 7 have extensions in the form of 3-angle catches 16_ on both sides. On sides 8 and 9 there is also an angled catch 16. The side of _T7 has two-sided symmetrical extensions in the form of JJi walls passing into channels _19_, with the walls of _T8 having a rib -2_0b. The angled catches 1G_ and the rib 25 on each side of the profile are aligned. There are _21 slots on the sides of J3 and 9_. placed in the symmetry axis of the projections 13.
