Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zamkniecie na puszke standardowa na napoje, zabezpieczajace rozlewanie napoju po otwarciu puszki. Znane sa zamkniecia na puszke w postaci pólczaszy nakladane szczelnie na górna czesc puszki, sluzace do zamykania otwartych puszek z napojami i zabezpieczajace rozlewanie napojów po otwarciu puszek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy ksztalt zamkniecia na puszke w postaci ustnika nie tylko zabezpieczajacy przed rozlewaniem napoju po otwarciu puszki, ale takze umozliwiajacy wygodne picie napoju bez koniecznosci sciagania zamkniecia puszki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w trzech odmianach uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach Fig. 1, Fig. 2 i Fig.3 oraz na zdjeciach. Odmiane pierwsza wzoru przemyslowego przedstawia Fig. 1, gdzie Fig. 1a przedstawia widok z góry, a Fig.2a widok z boku wzoru przemyslowego. Zamkniecie 2 na puszke wyposazone zostalo w ustnik 2 o ksztalcie cylindrycznym zaopatrzony w korek 3 polaczony elementem elastycznym 4 z zamknieciem 1.Odmiane druga wzoru przemyslowego przedstawia Fig.2, gdzie Fig.2a przedstawia widok z góry, a Fig.2b widok z boku wzoru przemyslowego. Zamkniecie 1 na puszke w tej odmianie wyposazone zostalo w ustnik postaci nakretki 2 na czesci cylindryczne ustnika wyposazonej w element 3 w ksztalcie kapelusza umozliwiajace szybkie otwarcie i zamkniecie ustnika poprzez wcisniecie lub wyciagniecie elementu 3. Zamkniecie 1 na puszke w trzeciej odmianie wyposazone zostalo w ustnik 2 o ksztalcie cylindrycznym , u wylotu którego wcisnieto tulejke 3 wystajaca ponad otwór cylindryczny, a na niej zamocowano element ruchomy 4, które to elementy maja ksztalt kapelusza z otworem w srodku i pozwalaja zarówno na opróznienie puszki, jak i na jej szczelne zamkniecie. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuja sie tym, ze znane zamkniecie na puszke wyposazone zostalo w ustniki o szczególnych ksztaltach umozliwiajace poza zamknieciem puszki równiez wygodne i higieniczne picie napoju z puszki.Figura 1 Figura 2 Figura 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a closure for a standard beverage can, preventing the beverage from spilling after the can is opened. Known can closures in the form of a half-dome, tightly applied to the top of the can, are used to close open beverage cans and prevent the beverage from spilling after the can is opened. The essence of the industrial design is a new shape of the can closure in the form of a spout, not only preventing spilling of the beverage after the can is opened, but also enabling convenient drinking of the beverage without having to remove the can closure. The subject of the industrial design in three variants is shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3, as well as in the photographs. The first variant of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 1, where Fig. 1a shows a top view and Fig. 2a shows a side view of the industrial design. The can closure 2 is equipped with a cylindrical mouthpiece 2 provided with a stopper 3 connected to the closure 1 by a flexible element 4. The second variant of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 2, where Fig. 2a shows a top view, and Fig. 2b shows a side view of the industrial design. The can closure 1 in this variant is equipped with a mouthpiece in the form of a cap 2 for the cylindrical parts of the mouthpiece, equipped with a hat-shaped element 3 enabling quick opening and closing of the mouthpiece by pressing or pulling out the element 3. The third variant of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 3, where Fig. 3a shows a top view, and Fig. 3b shows a side view of the industrial design. The third variant of the can closure 1 is equipped with a cylindrical mouthpiece 2, at the mouth of which a sleeve 3 is pressed, protruding above the cylindrical opening, and on it a movable element 4 is mounted. These elements are shaped like a hat with an opening in the center and allow both emptying the can and closing it tightly. The essential features of the industrial design are characterized by the fact that the known can closure is equipped with specially shaped mouthpieces that, in addition to closing the can, also enable comfortable and hygienic drinking of the beverage from the can.
