Known designs of combs, driven by eccentrics, do not allow the use of high frequencies, vibrations and all combs The comb was divided into two or three parts driven separately. This design of the collecting comb limited the efficiency of the carding machine. In other designs, at the expense of reducing the frequency of vibrations of the collecting comb, their oscillation amplitude was increased, which in turn causes the pile stretching and unevenness to be increased. The aim of the invention is to eliminate these drawbacks and to create a comb design that allows the use of high frequency vibration of relatively small amplitude. According to the task, the entire collecting comb is divided into several segments, each of which is driven separately by a cam mounted on a common shaft. In order not to create waves on the fleece perpendicular to the direction of its projection, the cams were deflected relative to each other so that their tops formed a helical line on the roller. As a result, tension waves appearing diagonally on the fleece eliminate the unevenness of the belt. Dividing the comb into small sections allows for the use of a higher frequency of its vibrations. Such a design of the comb reduces the dynamic forces caused by its vibrations. The design of the comb according to the invention is shown in the example of the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the collecting comb in cross-section, and Fig. 2 shows the segment of the comb. as shown in the figure, the section of the comb 1 is attached to the rocker 2 rotatably mounted on the pin 3.
