Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest galka do szuflad i drzwi- czek meblowych. Zgodnie z dotychczasowo przemyslowo i handlowo wykorzystywany- mi galkami do szuflad i drzwiczek meblowych, kazda z nich stanowi jednolit y co do ksztaltu i barwy korpus, wzglednie zespolone wlas- ciwym wkretem poosiowo usytuowanym polaczenie czolowej nakladki , wlasciwego korpusu uchwytu i oporowej podkladki, przy czym w tym ostatni m rozwiazaniu spotyka sie zarówno zastosowanie odmiennych rodzajów materialu jak i barwy poszczególnych jego elementów. W przedmiotowym wzorze galka stanowi trwale polaczenie zrózni- cowanych, w wiekszosci kontrastowo, w barwie wlasciwego tworzywo- wego korpusu rdzenia i równiez tworzywowej obwodowej obudowy jego czesc i chwytowej. Przedmiotowy wzór uwidoczniono na rysunku w czesciowym przekro- j u w widoku z boku na fig. 1 i w widoku od czola na fig. 2. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest, ze korpus jego tworzy- wowego rdzenia, przyjmujac od czola, tworza wspólosiowo polaczone odcinek kuli 1, górny walec 2, czesc 1 dodatnia hiperboloidy jedno- powlokowej 3 i poszerzony na srednicy w stosunku do jej przewezo- ne j czesci dolny walec 4, przy czym obwodowo jego górny walec 2 ora z czesc dodatnia hiperboloidy jednopowlokowej 3 as k trwale pokry- t e warstwa odmiennego w kolorze tworzywa 5, która w obszarze obwo- du górnego walca 2 po przekroju ku zewnetrznie posiada ksztalt po- laczonych cwiartki kola 6 i hiperboloidy 7.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a knob for drawers and furniture doors. In accordance with the existing industrial and commercial use of drawer and furniture door knobs, each knob comprises a body uniform in shape and color, or a connection between a front cover, the handle body, and a retaining washer, held together by an appropriate axial screw. The latter solution utilizes both different types of material and the colors of its individual components. In the design, the knob constitutes a permanent connection of different, mostly contrasting, colors of the core body and the plastic peripheral housing of its gripping part. The design in question is shown in the drawing in a partial cross-section in a side view in Fig. 1 and in a front view in Fig. 2. An important feature of the industrial design is that the body of its plastic core, taken from the front, is formed by a coaxially connected section of a sphere 1, an upper cylinder 2, a positive part 1 of a single-shell hyperboloid 3 and a lower cylinder 4 widened in diameter in relation to its narrowed part, wherein its upper cylinder 2 and the positive part of the single-shell hyperboloid 3 are permanently covered circumferentially with a layer of a different color material 5, which in the area of the circumference of the upper cylinder 2 in the cross-section towards the outside has the shape of a connected quarter of a circle 6 and a hyperboloid 7.
