Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik, zwlaszcza na pieczywo, przeznaczony przede wszystkim dla gospodarstw domowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i estetyczna postac pojemnika, zwlaszcza na pieczywo, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, nadajaca jemu swoisty i oryginalny wyglad.Pojemnik zwlaszcza do pieczywa skladajacy sie z korpusu i pokrywy polaczonych obrotowo za posrednictwem elementów usytuowanych na bocznych sciankach korpusu i pokrywy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z boku pojemnik ma ksztalt zblizony do polowy walca splaszczonego z jednej strony, natomiast w czesci czolowej pokrywy usytuowane sa trzy wzdluzne przetloczenia, kazde o ksztalcie czesci splaszczonej elipsy usytuowanej pionowo, jak to przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach fig.2, fig. i fig 5. Pojemnik ma na dnie korpusu umieszczona azurowa plytke w formie ramki, wewnatrz której usytuowane sa podluzne i poprzeczne elementy tworzace azurowa konstrukcje, przy czym fragment kazdego z trzech podluznych elementów zastapiono elementami tworzacymi w widoku czesc splaszczonej elipsy, jak to przedstawiono na fig. 4 i fig. 5. Pojemnik na dnie korpusu ma umieszczona azurowa plytke w formie ramki, wewnatrz której usytuowane sa podluzne i poprzeczne elementy tworzace azurowa konstrukcje, przy czymfragment kazdego z trzech podluznych elementów zastapiono elementami tworzacymi w widoku czesc splaszczonej elipsy, jak to przedstawiono na fig. 4 i fig. 5. Pojemnik na pieczywo wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma forme zamykanego obrotowo pudelka, które w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt zblizony do cwiartki walca, polaczonego z wycinkiem owalu. Pojemnik zawiera korpus i pokrywe osadzona obrotowo na czopach, usytuowanych na sciankach bocznych korpusu. Jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2, korpus pojemnika ma zblizone do prostokata nieckowate dno, przechodzace od tylu w scianke tylna, w formie powierzchni czesci walca i fragmentaryczne scianki boczne, o ksztalcie wycinka kola jak przedstawiono na fig.2 i 3. Tylna scianka korpusu ma forme zblizona do powierzchni walcowej, osadzonej na fragmentarycznych sciankac h bocznych. W podstawie korpusu sa wykonane cztery przetloczenia pelniace funkcje nózek. Kazda ze scianek bocznych korpusu, w miejscu polaczenia scianki z nieckowatym dnem, ma usytuowany wypust, stanowiacy element polaczenia obrotowego pokrywy z korpusem. Na czopach osadzona jest pokrywa, za pomoca dwóch wydrazonych wpustów o ksztalcie wydrazonego cylindra, usytuowanych w miejscu przeciecia sie krawedzi prostoliniowych kazdej ze scianek bocznych pokrywy. Od czolowej strony korpus jest wyprofilowany w ksztalcie lagodnego luku. Wewnatrz korpusu, na plaszczyznie dna pojemnika umieszczona jest azurowa plytka, jak pokazano na fig. 4 i 6, na której umieszcza sie pieczywo a ponadto moze byc wykorzystana do krojenia pieczywa. The essence of the industrial design is a new and aesthetic form of the container, especially for bread, which is visible in its shape and arrangement of lines, giving it a specific and original appearance. The container, especially for bread, consisting of a body and a lid connected in a rotatable manner by means of elements located on the side walls of the body and the lid according to the industrial design is characterized in that in a side view the container has a shape similar to half a cylinder flattened on one side, while in the front part of the lid there are three longitudinal embossments, each in the shape of a part of a flattened ellipse placed vertically, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 2, Fig. and Fig. 5. The container has an open-work plate in the form of a frame at the bottom of the body, inside which are located longitudinal and transverse elements forming an openwork structure, wherein a fragment of each of the three longitudinal elements is replaced by elements forming in view part of a flattened ellipse, as shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. A container, especially for bread, consisting of a body and a cover connected in a rotatable manner by means of elements located on the side walls of the body and the cover according to an industrial design, is characterized in that in cross-section the upper edge of the container has a shape similar to a quarter circle connected with an oval segment, while in the front part of the cover there are three longitudinal embossments, each in the shape of a part of a flattened ellipse placed vertically, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 2, Fig. 1 and Fig. 5. The container at the bottom of the body has an open-work plate in the form of a frame, inside which there are longitudinal and transverse elements forming the open-work structure, wherein a fragment of each of the three longitudinal elements is replaced by elements forming part of the frame in the view a flattened ellipse, as shown in Figures 4 and 5. The industrial-design bread container takes the form of a pivotally closed box whose cross-section resembles a quarter cylinder connected to an oval segment. The container comprises a body and a lid pivotally mounted on pivots located on the body's side walls. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the container body has a nearly rectangular, trough-shaped bottom, transitioning from the rear into a rear wall in the form of a cylindrical portion of the surface, and fragmentary side walls in the shape of a circular segment, as shown in Figures 2 and 3. The rear wall of the body resembles a cylindrical surface, mounted on fragmentary side walls. The base of the body has four embossed sections that function as legs. Each side wall of the body, where it joins the wall with the trough-shaped bottom, has a protrusion, which forms a pivotal connection between the lid and the body. The lid is mounted on the protrusions using two hollow cylinder-shaped grooves located at the intersection of the straight edges of each side wall of the lid. The body is profiled on the front side in the shape of a gentle arc. Inside the body, on the surface of the container's bottom, is an open-work plate, as shown in Figures 4 and 6, on which bread is placed and can also be used for slicing bread.
