Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest publikacja informacyjna miasta, powiatu, gminy, województwa, regionu z planem lub mapa - drogowa trasa rowerowa krajobrazowa szlaków wodnych, zabytków, parków itd. Publikacje takie wykonywane sa dla okreslonych regionów Polski i wskazuja na miejsca, które mozna i warto zobaczyc. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac publikacji informacyjnej z planem lub mapa przejawiajaca sie w jej nowym ksztalcie i budowie. Wzór przeznaczony jest do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Publikacje informacyjna z planem lub mapa tworza okladki, do których przymocowany jest arkusz z trescia i zdjeciami na jednej stronie oraz planem lub mapa na drugiej stronie. Cecha istotna jest to, ze arkusz zawierajacy opisy i mape po zlozeniu tworzy forme ksiazki. Tak przygotowana publikacja informacyjna pozwala na swobodne przegladanie wiadomosci bez potrzeby rozkladania arkusza. Srodek arkusza rozlozonego zawiera mape lub plan opisywanej trasy. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of information publication with a plan or map, manifested in its new shape and structure. The design is intended for reproduction in industrial production. Information publications with a plan or map are created by covers to which a sheet is attached with the text and photos on one side and the plan or map on the other. A significant feature is that the sheet containing descriptions and the map, when folded, forms a book. This information publication allows for easy viewing of the information without the need to unfold the sheet. The center of the unfolded sheet contains a map or plan of the route described. The cover may consist of 4, 6 or 8 pages.
