1 przedstawia kierunek przeplywu powietrza w czasie wdechu ratujacego a wydechu ratowanego, zas fig. 2, kierunek prze¬ plywu powietrza w czasie wydechu ratujacego 15 a wdechu ratowanego.Konstrukcja aparatu zlozona jest ze znanych ele¬ mentów jak zaworu wdechowego 1, przewodów elastycznych 2 i 3, ustników 4 i 5, zaciskaczy no¬ sowych 6 i 7 oraz specjalnego zaworu oddechowe¬ go, który sklada sie z korpusu 8 krócca zaworo¬ wego 10, plytki zaworowej 11, sprezynki 12 i pod¬ pórki umozliwiajacej przelot 13.Przeplyw powietrza w czasie wdechu ratujace¬ go, który ilustruje fig. 1, odbywa sie poprzez otwarty zawór wdechowy 1, przewód elastyczny 2 i ustnik 4, do dróg oddechowych ratujacego. W tym czasie ratowany dokonuje wydechu poprzez ustnik 5. Plytka zaworowa 11 na skutek docisku sprezyn¬ ki 12 oraz ssacego dzialania wywolanego wdechem 20 ! 57 0223 57 022 4 ratownika, przylega do górnego otworu wlotowego, polaczonego z przewodem elastycznym 3.Dzieki zamknieciu przewodu 3, plytka zaworowa 11, tlen przeplywajacy dysza 9, nie przedostaje sie do przewodu elastycznego 3, a tym samym do dróg oddechowych ratujacego. Jednoczesnie dysza 9, umieszczona w korpusie 8 dzialaniem inzekcyj- nym, ulatwia wydech ratowanego, a wydechane powietrze wraz z tlenem uchodzi na zewnatrz króccem zaworowym 10. Dzialanie odwrotne obra¬ zuje fig. 2. 10 15 20 PLPublished: 28.111.1969 57022 IC. 30 k, 13/04 MKP A 61 m UfCO UKD Inventors of the invention: inz. Jerzy Malec, Adrian Piela Patent owner: Huta Batory, Chorzów Batory (Poland) Apparatus for artificial respiration The subject of the invention is an artificial respiration apparatus adapted to power rescued with oxygen-enriched air and eliminating the effect of oxygen on the respiratory tract of the rescuer. The simplest way to perform artificial respiration is the "mouth-to-mouth" method, which consists in directly bringing the rescued air to the lungs through the mouth of the rescuer. An improvement to this method was the introduction of face masks and mouthpieces. A further facility was to provide a separate path for air movement during inhalation and exhalation by extending the tube exiting the mask through a hose and mask supplies. in a hole for exhalation. Contemporary devices bearing the name of an orospirator are equipped with mouthpieces with clamps and nasal passages, inhalation and exhalation valves, and hoses. In addition, the inhalation valves have connectors,. to connect the cables for the rescue of oxygen. A disadvantage of the devices adapted for oxygen connection is that the rescuer is also forced to breathe oxygen-enriched air, which has a negative effect on the rescuer's body, especially when the artificial respiration process is continued for a longer period of time. The apparatus according to the invention eliminates the described negative effects, because it is equipped with a breathing valve which cuts off the supply of oxygen to the mouth of the rescuer and enables supplying only the rescued with the necessary oxygen. The valve also has the effect of sucking in oxygen, which facilitates exhalation and The apparatus according to the invention, provided with a breathing valve, is shown schematically in the drawing, with Fig. 1 showing the direction of air flow during rescue inspiration and rescue exhalation, and Fig. 2, the direction of air flow during rescue exhalation 15 a rescue inhalation. The construction of the apparatus consists of known components such as the inhalation valve 1, hoses 2 and 3, mouthpieces 4 and 5, nose clamps 6 and 7 and a special breathing valve which consists of the body 8 valve port 10, valve plate 11, spring 12 and support allowing passage 13. Air flow during inhalation, how many 1, through the open inhalation valve 1, hose 2 and mouthpiece 4, to the respiratory tract of the rescuer. At this time, the survivor exhales through the mouthpiece 5. The valve plate 11 is due to the compression of the spring 12 and the suction action of the inhalation 20! 57 0223 57 022 4 of the rescuer, adjacent to the upper inlet, connected to the flexible hose 3. Due to the closure of the hose 3, valve plate 11, the oxygen flowing through the nozzle 9 does not enter the hose 3 and thus the respiratory tract of the rescuer. At the same time, the nozzle 9, placed in the body 8 by an injection, facilitates the exhalation of the rescued person, and the exhaled air with oxygen flows out through the valve connector 10. The opposite action is shown in Fig. 2. Exhaust air flows through the mouthpiece 4 through flexible ducts 2. and 3 through the breathing valve and mouthpiece 5 to the respiratory tract of the rescued person. During the rescue exhalation, the valve plate 11 moves to the down position closing the outlet in the valve connector 10. After closing the outlet opening, the rescuer's exhalation air is mixed with oxygen, which is injected into the rescued person, which enables him to recover faster. 10 15 20 PL
