Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi naowa postac przed- miotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz zestawieniu poszczególnych elementów skladowych, które na- daja szafkom swoisty i oryginalny wyglad, wzgledem szafek powszechnie stosowanych. Przykladem wielofunkcyjnej szafki jest wzór zdobniczy nr Rz 12456, wedlug którego szafka wyposazona jest w pólke i przegrody, zbudowane z prostokatnych plytek, spoczywaja- cych na podstawie o plaszczyznie dluzej od jego blatu. Szafka posiada tylna scianke o ukosnych krawedziach gór- nych, której krótsze boki polaczone sa ze sciankami boczny- mi, przy czym z jednej strony czesci bocznej podstawy osa- dzone sa przegrody, odpowiadajace ksztaltem i wielkóscia sciance bocznej.Materialem do odtworzenia szafki wedlug wzoru przemys- lowego jest dokumentacja rysunkowa szafki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, obrazujacym widok szafki w widoku perspektywicznym. Cecha istotna szafki, przeznaczonej pod aparat telefo- niczny, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze szafka po- siada dwa owalne blaty o prostych tylnych krawedziach, wsparte na dwóch prostych, prostokatnych plytach, stanowia- cych scianki boczne szafki. Ponizej blatów, pomiedzy bocz- nymi sciankami, znajduje sie pólka o wyoblonej krawedzi czolowej. Tylna czesc szafki, omiedzy pólka i górnym bla- tem, zamknieta jest prosta scinka. Dolne czesci bocznych scianek szafki posiadaja lukowe wyciecia. Oba blaty lekko wystaja poza obrys scianek bocznych szafki i czolowe wyob- lenie pólki.Rys. Rys. The essence of the industrial design is the novel form of the object, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and arrangement of individual components, which give the cabinets a unique and original appearance compared to commonly used cabinets. An example of a multifunctional cabinet is ornamental design no. Rz 12456, according to which the cabinet is equipped with a shelf and partitions constructed of rectangular tiles resting on a base with a plane longer than its top. The cabinet has a rear wall with sloping upper edges, the shorter sides of which are connected to the side walls, with partitions mounted on one side of the side part of the base, corresponding in shape and size to the side wall. The material for reproducing the cabinet according to the industrial design is the drawing documentation of the cabinet. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, which shows a perspective view of the cabinet. A significant feature of the cabinet, designed for a telephone, according to the industrial design, is that the cabinet has two oval tops with straight rear edges, supported by two straight, rectangular boards, which constitute the side walls of the cabinet. Below the tops, between the side walls, is a shelf with a rounded front edge. The rear section of the cabinet, between the shelf and the top, is closed with a straight wall.
