Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest slupek ostrzegawczo informacyjny, przeznaczony do oznaczania skrajni drogi w celu ulatwienia ruchu drogowego. Znany jest slupek ostrzegawczy, z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego nr 16691 , którego istota przejawia sie tym, ze górny segment i dolny dlugi segment, stanowia rure o przekroju trójkata z zaokraglonymi wierzcholkami ze scianka koloru bialego o gladkiej powierzchni zewnetrznej. Równiez znane sa konstrukcje slupków ostrzegawczych ze zgloszen wzorów uzytkowych o nr. W- 296162, 304701 oraz W-326533 które maja budowe jednosegmentowa wzglednie trzysegmentowa w ksztalcie trapezu których elementy polaczone sa nierozlacznie wzglednie rozlacznie przy czym segment srodkowy zaopatrzony jest w elementy odblaskowe , bialy i czerwony. A known warning post is found in design registration No. 16691, whose essence is manifest in that the upper segment and the lower long segment constitute a tube with a triangular cross-section with rounded tops, a white wall with a smooth outer surface. Also known are warning post designs from utility model applications Nos. W-296162, 304701, and W-326533, which have a single-segment or three-segment trapezoidal structure, the elements of which are connected inseparably or detachably, with the central segment equipped with white and red reflective elements. The essence of the industrial design post manifests itself in a new form related to the post's shape and its marking method. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the post in a side view, Fig. 2 the post in cross-section, Fig. 3 the band in longitudinal section, and Figs. 4-8 show variations of the post body in cross-section. The post, as designed, has a uniform tubular body in the shape of a stylized trapezoid, made of plastic and divided by color into an upper part 1 with a cover 2 and a lower part 3 in white, and a middle part 5 in red, in the form of a direct-injection band filling the windows 4. Reflective elements 6 are located in the windows 4, which are permanently connected to the walls of the post body by protrusions 9 so that their surfaces are congruent with the remaining surfaces of the post body. Reflective elements 6 are made in white on one side of the post and red on the other. The upper part 1 of the post is closed by a cover 2, while the lower part 3 is open at the bottom. On the side surfaces of the body, below the central part 5, there is a digital kilometer mark 7 and a hectometer mark 8 located below kilometer mark 7. The typeface of the digits 7 and 8 is standardized, while the numbers 7 and 8 are made of plastic and are releasably connected by latches 10 on the outer surface of the post body. According to the cross-sectional pattern, the post has the shape of a stylized trapezoid with rounded tops, the base of which is arc-shaped with a bend forming a recess into the center of the triangle, as illustrated in Fig. 4. Variations of the post body shape may also have the shape of: - a stylized trapezoid with rounded tops, in which the two bases are flat and the side walls are concave inward, as illustrated in Fig. Fig. 5, - a stylized trapezoid with rounded tops whose smaller base is flat, the side walls and the lower base are concave, as shown in Fig. 6, a stylized trapezoid with rounded tops whose side walls and the upper and lower base are convex outwards, as shown in Fig. 7, - and a stylized trapezoid with rounded tops whose bases are flat, while the side walls are convex, as shown in Fig. 8. The essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the shape of the pillar, which is a homogeneous solid, which in cross-section has the shape of a stylized trapezoid with rounded tops, the base of which has an arc shape, with a bend directed towards the center of the pillar, in such a way that the tangents drawn through the arced edges of the sides form an obtuse angle, and that the central part 5 has windows 4 filled with a red plastic band with walls offset towards the center in relation to the plane of the body, creating recesses in which red or white reflective elements 6 are placed, and are permanently connected to the walls of the post by protrusions 9, while the numerical kilometre signs 7 and hectometre signs 8 are releasably connected to the post body by latches 10, while the variations of the post body according to the pattern may also have the shape of a stylized trapezoid with rounded tops in which the two bases are flat and the side walls are concave towards the center as illustrated in Fig. Fig. 5, a stylized trapezoid with rounded tops whose smaller base is flat, while the side walls and the lower base are concave, as illustrated in Fig. 6, a stylized trapezoid with rounded tops whose side walls and the upper and lower base are convex outwards, as illustrated in Fig. 7, and a stylized trapezoid with rounded tops whose bases are flat, while the side walls are convex, as illustrated in Fig. 8.
