Szczoteczka do zebów Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 11.10.1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest szczoteczka do zebów. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac szczoteczki do zebów, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysun- kach, na których fig.1 przedstwia szczoteczke w widoku z przodu, a fig.2 szczoteczke w widoku z boku. Szczoteczka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej raczka ma ksztalt stylizo- wanego tulowia smoka w pozycji stojacej, u dolu zakonczonego nózkami i krótkim ogonem, a u góry zakonczonego skrzydlami i zalozonymi na krzyz lapkami, przy czym tulów pokryty jest luska. Raczka przechodzi, poprzez wygiecie, w czesc prosta, zakonczona glowica robocza z wlosiem, na której ulokowana jest nasadka zabezpieczajaca, majaa postac glówki smoka. The subject of the ornamental design is a toothbrush. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of a toothbrush, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the toothbrush from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the toothbrush from the side. The toothbrush is characterized by its handle in the shape of a stylized dragon's body in an upright position, terminating at the bottom in legs and a short tail, and terminating at the top in wings and crossed paws, the body covered with scales. The handle transitions, through a curve, into a straight section, ending with a bristle-like working head, which is fitted with a protective cap. It has the shape of a dragon's head.
