Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stojak lampy stojacej, który przeznaczony jest do umieszczania w ogrodach, na terenach zielonych, cmentarzach, miejscach kultu i wszelkich przestrzeniach otwartych. Na stojaku montowana jest róznego ksztaltu oslona zródla swiatla. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, strukturze i materiale wytworu. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a floor lamp stand, intended for placement in gardens, green areas, cemeteries, places of worship, and all types of open spaces. A light source cover of various shapes is mounted on the stand. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product, manifested in its shape, structure, and material. Compared to a number of existing floor lamps for gardens and other outdoor spaces, the industrial design stand is characterized by its material, which is shaped stones, particularly slate. The industrial design stand, made of stones, particularly slate rocks, arranged on a vertically positioned tube, inside which an electrical cable is placed, has a general cone-like shape. The base of the stand, which is not subject to protection, may be composed of stones arranged in various ways. The stand, according to the design, is made of rock slates of a suitably selected shape, placed one on top of the other, so that the overall shape of the stand resembles an elongated cone. Various non-protected light source covers are placed on the pole constituting the subject of the industrial design, the shape and material of which are freely chosen. Rock slates may be placed along the entire circumference under the light source cover, creating a rosette motif, which is not subject to protection. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, but the base, shade, and decorative rosette motif under the shade are not subject to protection. The essential features of the industrial design include the material from which the stand is made and the shape created by stacking stones of appropriately selected shapes, so that the overall outline of the stand resembles an elongated cone. The stand has space for a cover for a light source of any shape and material.
