Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ciastko. Ciastko ma ksztalt wielokatnej wypuklej rozety o nieregularnej krawedzi zewnetrznej. Srodkowa czesc ciastka ma ksztalt zblizony do kola i jego powierzchnia wypelniona jest kremem i posypana rozdrobnio- nymi orzeszkami lub wypelniona jest marmolada, albo wiórkami kokosowymi. Wzór przemyslowy jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku w widoku aksonometrycznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi ksztalt wielokatnej wypu- klej rozety o nieregularnej krawedzi zewnetrznej oraz srodkowa czesc ksztaltem zblizonym do kola o nieregularnym obwodzie.
