Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw elementów meblowo - zabawowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. 5 Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek zestawieniowy zestawu w postaci uformowanego bloku z tworzywa z zaznaczeniem warstw oraz elementów skladowych warstw odpowiednio oznakowanych, przy czym oznaczenia na rysunku zestawieniowym odpowiadaja numeracji figur, fig. 2 - element zewnetrzny warstwy I, fig. 3 oraz fig. 10 4 - elementy srodkowe warstwy I, fig. 5' oraz fig. 5" - elementy boczne warstwy II, fig. 6 oraz fig. 7 - elementy prostokatne warstwy II, fig. 8 - element zewnetrzny warstwy III, identyczny jak element pokazany na fig. 2, fig. 9 - elementwewnetrzny warstwy III, stanowiacy zestaw dwóch elementów pokazanych na fig. 10, fig. 11 - zestaw elementów pokazanych na fig. 2, 5', 5" i 8 uformowany w forme mebla mogacego pelnic funkcje tapczanu dzieciecego, fig. 12' oraz 12" - sztywne, plaskie elementy stanowiace pokrycie tapczanu, fig. 13 - widok warstwy 5 IV, fig. 14 oraz fig. 15 - skladanki zabawowe zestawione z elementów warstwy IV. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw elementów meblowo - zabawowych w postaci graniastoslupa podzielonego na cztery poziome warstwy. Kazda z warstw sklada sie z kilku wzajemnie dopasowanych elementów. Warstwa I zawiera zewnetrzny element w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu 10 z centralnie umieszczonym prostopadlosciennym wycieciem, wewnatrz którego umieszczony jest element takze w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu z wycieciem prostopadlosciennym przylegajacym do jednej ze scianek. Wewnatrz tego wyciecia znajduje sie prostopadloscienna kostka. Warstwa II zawiera dwie bryly w ksztalcie katownika o przekroju 15 prostokatnym obejmujace z dwóch stron dwie prostopadloscienne bryly, z których jedna stanowi pudelko z pokrywa natomiast druga przecieta jest w poblizu przekatnej esowata plaszczyzna prostopadla do jednej z krawedzi prostopadloscianu. Warstwa III zawiera zewnetrzny element w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu 20 z centralnie umieszczonym prostopadlosciennym wycieciem, analogiczny jak odpowiedni element w warstwie I, wewnatrz wyciecia umieszczony jest prostopadloscian przeciety plaszczyzna prostopadla do jednej z krawedzi prostopadloscianu w ten sposób, ze tworzy zestaw dwóch fotelików. Warstwa IV stanowi plyte uformowana z elementów stanowiacych 25 graniastoslupy o róznych podstawach, walce lub ich przekroje poprzeczne. Uzupelnieniem zestawu sa plaskie, sztywne plyty, kazda o powierzchni nieco mniejszej od górnej powierzchni zestawu. Elementy zawarte w warstwach I, II i III moga byc wykorzystane do zestawienia mebelków w formie tapczanu, krzeselek, stolika i podobnych. 30 W miejscach polaczen elementów umieszczone sa elementy mocujaco - usztywniajace w postaci tasmy z haczykami umozliwiajace polaczenia na tzw. rzepy. W odmianie wzoru zamiast rzepów, elementy sa polaczone za pomocatasiemek do zawiazywania. W innej odmianie wzoru na krawedziach bryl sa naszyte zamki blyskawiczne sluzace do mocowania elementów lub haftki czy guziki. W warstwie IV znajduja sie elementy sluzace montazu zestawów 5 zabawowych jak domek, samochód i podobnych. Tworzywo zastosowane do budowy zestawu spelnia nastepujace parametry: ciezar wlasciwy jest na tyle niski, a jego twardosc na tyle wysoka, ze pozwala na bezpieczne, trwale i swobodne uzytkowanie przez dziecko. The subject of the industrial design is a set of furniture and play elements in the form of a prism divided into four horizontal layers. Each layer consists of several mutually adjusted elements. Layer I contains an external element in the shape of a cuboid 10 with a centrally placed cuboid cut-out, inside which there is an element also in the shape of a cuboid with a cuboid cut-out adjacent to one of the walls. Inside this cut-out there is a cuboid cube. Layer II contains two solids in the shape of an angle bar with a rectangular cross-section 15, enclosing two cuboid solids on both sides, one of which is A box with a lid, while the second one is cut near the diagonal by an S-shaped plane perpendicular to one of the edges of the cuboid. Layer III contains an external element in the shape of a cuboid 20 with a centrally located cuboid cutout, analogous to the corresponding element in Layer I. Inside the cutout is a cuboid cut by a plane perpendicular to one of the edges of the cuboid, creating a set of two armchairs. Layer IV is a board formed from elements consisting of 25 prisms with different bases, cylinders, or their cross-sections. The set is complemented by flat, rigid boards, each with a surface slightly smaller than the top surface of the set. The elements contained in Layers I, II, and III can be used to assemble furniture in the form of a couch, chairs, a table, and the like. 30 Elements are placed at the joints of the elements. Fastening and stiffening elements in the form of a tape with hooks enabling connections with so-called Velcro. In one design variant, instead of Velcro, the elements are connected with tie ribbons. In another design variant, zippers for attaching elements, or hooks or buttons, are sewn onto the edges of the blocks. Layer IV contains elements for assembling play sets such as a house, a car, and similar ones. The material used to construct the set meets the following parameters: its specific gravity is low enough and its hardness high enough to allow safe, durable, and comfortable use by a child. The set elements are upholstered with a material with a certain degree of freedom in colors and patterns.
