Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na produkty mleczne. Tego typu pojemnik jest przeznaczony do przechowywania produktów mlecznych zwlaszcza serów, serów wiejskich, zsiadlego mleka i jogurtów. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, pojemnik na produkty mleczne, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i kolorach. Wzór pojemnika na produkty mleczne uwidoczniono na rysunkach i fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig.2 - pojemnik w widoku od góry i bez pokrywy, fig. 3 - pojemnik w widoku od góry i z pokrywa Pojemnik na produkty mleczne, ma ksztalt zblizony do wydrazonego w srodku scietego stozka , którego podstawa o mniejszej srednicy stanowi podstawe pojemnika. Pojemnik ma po obu stronach pólokragle uchwyty, usytuowane symetrycznie i przeciwlegle do siebie. Uchwyty sa odchylone na zewnatrz.Pojemnik swoim wygladem przypomina kosz wiklinowy, a na powierzchni bocznej ma dwie pierscieniowe, plecione obrecze dzielace powierzchnie kosza na trzy czesci, przy czym dolna czesc ma najgesciejszy splot wikliny. Cala powierzchnia boczna jest utworzona z pionowych i ukosnych witek wikliny, przeplecionych pomiedzy pionowymi patykami. Od góry pojemnik ma pleciony rant, od którego odchodza tak samo plecione uchwyty. Wiklinowy rant wystaje ponad powierzchnie okraglego wieczka. Dno pojemnika jest utworzone z rozchodzacych sie promieniowo na boki patyków, przeplatanych w srodku dna, a pomiedzy nimi sa przeplecione witki wiklinowe wokól srodka dna pojemnika. Cechami istotnymi, pojemnika jest, to ze, ma ksztalt zblizony do wydrazonego w srodku scietego stozka, którego podstawa o mniejszej srednicy stanowi podstawe pojemnika, przy czym pojemnik ma po obu stronach pólokragle uchwyty, usytuowane symetrycznie i przeciwlegle do siebie, zas uchwyty sa odchylone na zewnatrz, przy czym pojemnik swoim wygladem przypomina kosz wiklinowy, a na powierzchni bocznej ma dwie pierscieniowe, plecione obrecze dzielace powierzchnie kosza na trzy czesci, przy czym dolna czesc ma najgesciejszy splot wikliny, a cala powierzchnia boczna jest utworzona z pionowych i ukosnych witek wikliny, przeplecionych pomiedzy pionowymi patykami, natomiast od góry pojemnik ma pleciony rant, od którego odchodza tak samo plecione uchwyty, przy czym wiklinowy rant wystaje ponad powierzchnie okraglego wieczka, zas dno pojemnika jest utworzone z rozchodzacych sie promieniowo na boki patyków, przeplatanych w srodku dna, apomiedzy nimi sa przeplecione witki wiklinowe wokól srodka dna pojemnika, jak to uwidoczniono na rysunkach, fig.1,2, 3.Fig.1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a container for dairy products. This type of container is intended for storing dairy products, particularly cheeses, cottage cheeses, sour milk, and yogurts. Compared to similar products of this type, the container for dairy products, as shown in the industrial design, is distinguished by its novelty in shape, line arrangement, and colors. The design of the container for dairy products is shown in drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the container from a side view; Fig. 2 shows the container from above without the lid; Fig. 3 shows the container from above with the lid. The container for dairy products has a shape similar to a hollow, truncated cone, the base of which, with a smaller diameter, forms the base of the container. The container has semicircular handles on both sides, arranged symmetrically and opposite each other. The handles are angled outward. The container resembles a wicker basket, and on the side surface it has two annular, woven hoops dividing the basket's surface into three parts, with the lower part having the densest wicker weave. The entire side surface is formed of vertical and diagonal wicker twigs, interwoven between vertical sticks. At the top, the container has a woven rim, from which similarly woven handles extend. The wicker rim protrudes above the surface of the circular lid. The bottom of the container is formed of radiating sticks, interwoven in the center of the bottom, and between them, wicker twigs are interwoven around the center of the bottom of the container. The essential features of the container are that it has a shape similar to a truncated cone hollowed out in the middle, the base of which has a smaller diameter and is the base of the container, the container has semicircular handles on both sides, located symmetrically and opposite to each other, and the handles are tilted outwards, the container resembles a wicker basket, and on the side surface it has two annular, woven hoops dividing the surface of the basket into three parts, the lower part has the densest wicker weave, and the entire side surface is made of vertical and diagonal wicker twigs, interwoven between vertical sticks, while the top of the container has a woven rim from which similarly woven handles extend, the wicker rim protrudes above the surface of the round lid, and the bottom of the container is made of sticks radiating out to the sides, interwoven in the center of the bottom, and between them there are wicker twigs interwoven around the center of the bottom of the container, as shown in the drawings, fig. 1, 2, 3.
