Description

Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przykrycie ochronne siedzenia, zwlaszcza przedniego siedzenia pojazdu samochodowego. The object of the industrial design is a protective cover for a seat, in particular for the front seat of a motor vehicle.

Znany jest wzór przemyslowy nr.1608 pod tytulem „Pokrowiec na przedni fotel samochodowy". Pokrowiec wedlug tego wzoru sklada sie z dwóch czesci, z których przednia ma forme przodu sukni o trapezowym ksztalcie czesci dolnej i lukowych wycieciach bocznych oraz górnym a czesc tylna ma forme krótkiej bluzki o takich samych wycieciach. The industrial design No. 1608 is known under the title "Cover for the front car seat". The cover according to this pattern consists of two parts, the front of which has the form of a front dress with a trapezoidal shape of the bottom part and arched side cuts and the top, and the back part has the form of short blouse with the same cuts.

Wzór zostal przedstawiony na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1. pokazuje widok przykrycia w stanie rozlozonym z przodu, a fig. 2. tylna strone tego przykrycia. The pattern is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows an unfolded view of the cover at the front and Fig. 2 the rear side of this cover.

Przykrycie sklada sie z trzech czesci: przedniej, tylnej i klapki naprezajacej. Przednia czesc 1 jest wykonana w formie fartucha na krótkich szelkach 2 z wydluzonym i zwezonym dolem. W talii fartucha oraz w dolnym obrzezu sa wykonane prostokatne wypustki 3 o zaokraglonych narozach. Do wypustek 3 oraz bezposrednio do bocznych obrzezy w najszerszym miejscufartucha sa przymocowane elastyczne petle mocujace 4. Po lewej stronie fertucha, srodkowej czesci talii jest przyszyta pólowalna klapka naprezajaca 5, wyposazona równiez w petle mocujace 6. Czesc tylna przykrycia 7 powtarza ksztalt górnego segmentu fertucha 1 i jest do niego przyszyta szelkami 8 oraz górnymi bokami 9. The cover consists of three parts: front, rear and tension tab. The front part 1 is made in the form of an apron with short shoulder straps 2 with a long and narrow bottom. Rectangular projections 3 with rounded corners are made in the waist of the apron and in the lower hemline. Elastic fastening loops 4 are attached to the tabs 3 and directly to the side rims at the widest part of the skirt 4. On the left side of the ferrule, the middle part of the waist is sewn with a semi-oval tension tab 5, also equipped with a fastening loop 6. The back part of the cover 7 repeats the shape of the upper ferrule segment 1 and is sewn to it with the harness 8 and the upper sides 9.

Tylne szelki 8 sa nieco krótsze od przednich. Obrzeza przykrycia sa obszyte czarna lamówka. Calosc jest wykonana z materialu elastycznego, jednostronnie laminowanego. The rear harness 8 is slightly shorter than the front harness. The edges of the cover are trimmed with black trim. The whole thing is made of a flexible material, laminated on one side.

Przykrycie naklada sie na przednie siedzenie samochodu przekladajac zaglówek przez prostokatny otwór pomiedzy szelkami. Klapke naprezajaca 5 przeciaga sie przez szczeline pomiedzy oparciem a siedziskiem i przytwierdza do tylnych elementów siedzenia przy pomocy petli mocujacych oraz haczyków, w które jest wyposazony komplet przykrycia. Tak samo montuje sie pozostale elementy przykrycia. The cover is placed over the front seat of the car by passing the headrest through the rectangular opening between the shoulder straps. The tension flap 5 is pulled through the gap between the backrest and the seat and fastened to the rear seat elements by means of fastening loops and hooks with which the cover set is equipped. The other cover elements are installed in the same way.

Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to ksztalt przykrycia w formie fertucha (1) na szelkach (2), wyposazonego w prostokatne wypustki (3) o za- okraglonych narozach oraz w przyszyta po lewej stronie pólowalna klapke naprezajaca (5) z petlami mocujacymi (6), która dodatkowo stabilizuje przykrycie na siedzeniu.Fig. 1.
