Description

Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tabliczka natrumienna przeznaczona do umieszczania na trumnie w czasie ceremonii pogrzebowej, a nastepnie pozostawiona na miejscu pochówku. The subject of the industrial design is a tablet to be placed on the coffin during the funeral ceremony and then left at the burial site.

Stosowane dotychczas tabliczki maja postac plytek o róznych ksztaltach wykonanych z metalu lub tworzywa sztucznego. Najczesciej stosuje sie tabliczki w ksztalcie tarczy, owalu, prostokata lub innych fantazyjnych. Tabliczka zaopatrzona jest w ozdobne ornamenty o charakterze religijnym i/lub swieckim, imie i nazwisko zmarlego, wiek oraz date smierci. The plates used so far have the form of plates of various shapes made of metal or plastic. The most commonly used plates are in the shape of a shield, oval, rectangle or other fancy. The plate is provided with decorative religious and / or secular ornaments, the name and surname of the deceased, age and date of death.

Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to umieszczenie na tabliczce w wybranym miejscu fotografii osoby zmarlej. Stosuje sie fotografie o dowolnych ksztaltach, najczesciej owalne lub prostokatne. Wzór przemyslowy jest pokazany w szesciu odmianach opisanych ponizej i na rysunku, który zawiera fig.l fig.6, przedstawiajace tabliczki o ksztalcie tarczy. Na kazdej z tabliczek znajduja sie ornamenty ozdobne, fotografia F oraz zaznaczone schematycznie pole P, obejmujace napisy dotyczace osoby zmarlej.Pierwsza odmiane wzoru przemyslowego stanowi tabliczka, na której znajduje sie fotografia o ksztalcie owalnym, umieszczona z lewej strony, jak zilustrowano na fig. 1.
