Jan Swierczynski, Boguslaw Koczyk Wlasciciel patentu: Centralne Biuro Konstrukcyjne Pras i Mlotów, War¬ szawa (Polska) Licznik obciazen roboczych maszyn, zwlaszcza maszyn przeróbki plastycznej Przedmiotem wynalazku jest licznik obciazen ro¬ boczych maszyn, zwlaszcza maszyn przeróbki pla¬ stycznej. 5215252352 3 PLPublished) 5.1.1967 52352 KL 42p, 9/02 MKP G 01 g bzie 5i / oo UKD Inventors of the invention: Jan Swierczynski, Boguslaw Koczyk Patent owner: Central Design Office of Press and Mlotów, Warsaw (Poland) Working load counter machines, especially plastic forming machines. The subject of the invention is a counter for working loads of machines, especially plastic forming machines. Counters of the number of movements of plastic forming machines are known and used, based on the principle of a digital drum moved by a mechanism that performs strokes, cycles, rotations, etc. repetitive movements. The disadvantage of such a solution is that the mechanism sums up all the movements of the machine, both working and when the engine is idle. Moreover, working stroke counters for mechanical presses are also known, for example from Polish Patent No. 49,409, using the increase in current intensity in the moment the press performs its working stroke. The measurement and summation of the working strokes is carried out by means of an ammeter equipped with a photocell, an electronic amplifier, telephone transmitters, contactors and an electromagnet which mechanically drives the drum counter discussed above. Also other systems known, for example, from Soviet patents Nos. 169 906 and 156 783 are not protected against reacting to an increase in the current consumed by the drive motor when the machine's clutch is turned on, which in turn may lead to the counter operation at start-up. The work load counter according to the invention does not show these drawbacks and is not as complicated as described above, thanks to the use of an electric switch in a suitable coupling with a mechanical element driven from the crankshaft of the machine. The switch in question activates the counting system only when the tool 5 is immersed in the processed material. This is consistent with counting the amount of products produced. The subject of the invention is presented in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing illustrating the connection system of the meter. The workload counter 10 of machines, in particular plastic forming machines, according to the invention consists of a known overcurrent relay 1 connected to one of the supply lines of the drive motor 2, a known impulse counter 3 and an electrical connector 4 operated by a cam 5 placed on the crankshaft of the machine. The pulse counter 3 is controlled by the contact l of the overcurrent relay 1, the contact llf being connected to the pulse counter circuit 3 in series with the contact 20 of the electric switch. The operation of the counter according to the invention is based on the known phenomenon of an increase in the load on the motor 2 during operation machines, e.g. for stamping, cutting, bending, etc. The use of a mechanically actuated electric switch 4 allows the pulse counter 3 to be switched on only during the performance of working operations, thus eliminating the influence of the increase in current during engine start-ups and switching times 30 clutch. 5 215 252 352 3 PL
