Przedmiotem uzoru zdobniczego jest uieszak odziezouy, przeznaczony do uieszania odziezy, u szczególnosci odziezy lekkiej, jak suknie, sukienki, koszule, bluzki itp.Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawia- jaca sie u ozdobnym ksztalcie czesci nosnej wieszaka i zespolonej z nia figurki, której fragment tworzy hak zawieszania. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których na Fig. 1 do Fig. 10 uwidoczniono kolejnych dziesiec odmian wieszaków odziezowych w widoku z boku na ich dlugosci. Uieszak odziezowy wedlug wzoru zdobniczego zawiera czesc nosna wykonana z preta i zespolony z nia hak zawieszania, przy czym czesc nosna ma postac lukowego palaka o ramionach opadajacych z obu stron zespolenia w czesci srodkowej wieszaka z figurka, której jeden z ele- mentów tworzy hak zawieszania, jak pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach na Fig. 1 do Fig. 10. Poszczególne odmiany wieszaka odziezowego wedlug wzoru zdobnicze- go, jak pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach na Fig. 1 do Fig. 10, róznia sie miedzy soba ksztaltem postaci odtwarzanej przez figurke zespolona z jego palakiem. U pierwszej odmianie wieszaka odziezowego wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku na Fig. 1, figurka ma ksztalt postaci ludzkiej stojacej w wykroku na palaku, z palka w reku wzniesiona nad glowa w tyle zamierzajaca sie do ciosu, tworzacymi hak zawieszania. U drugiej odmianie wieszaka odziezowego wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, figurka przedstawia postac kobieca z bardzo dlugimi wlosami, lezaca na palaku przodem na boku z jedna reka podpierajaca glowe, a druga oparta o kompozycje plastyczna utworzona z jej wlosów wznoszacych sie w góre i przechodzacych w zrogowacialy lukowaty hak zawieszania, jak pokazano na nalaczonych rysunku na Fig. 2.U trzeciej odmianie wieszaka odziezowego wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, figurka ma ksztalt w pól obranego z lupiny owocu banana zespolonego strona nieobrana z palakiem, zas hak zawieszania stanowi jedna z czesci odgietej od owocu lupiny, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku na Fig. 3. U czwartej odmianie wieszaka odziezowego wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, figurka ma ksztalt widzianej z boku postaci ludzkiej stojacej na palaku na rozchylonych rekach z nogami zagietymi do tylu tak, ze tworza hak zawieszania, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku na Fig. 4. U piatej odmianie wieszaka odziezowego wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, figurka ma ksztalt pochylonej lekko w bok postaci duszka w dlugiej koszuli z jednym ramieniem zgietym tak, ze tworzy lukowy hak zawieszania, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku na Fig. 5. U szóstej odmianie wieszaka odziezowego wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, figurka ma postac kompozycji zlozonej z dwóch ryb, z których jedna spoczywa lezac na palaku z lekko uniesiona glowa, a druga wsparta na jej glowie ogonem jest zgieta w lukowej wypukle w góre pozycji z glowa skierowana w dól w strone ogona pierwszej ryby tworzac hak zawieszania, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku na Fig. 6. The subject of the ornamental design is a clothes hanger intended for hanging clothing, particularly lightweight clothing such as dresses, frocks, shirts, blouses, etc. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the decorative shape of the load-bearing part of the hanger and the figurine attached to it, a fragment of which forms the hanging hook. The subject of the ornamental design is presented in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 to Fig. 10 show another ten varieties of clothes hangers in side views along their length. A clothes hanger according to the ornamental pattern comprises a supporting part made of a rod and a suspension hook connected thereto, wherein the supporting part is in the form of an arc-shaped bow with arms falling on both sides of the connection in the central part of the hanger with a figurine, one of the elements of which forms a suspension hook, as shown in the attached drawings in Fig. 1 to Fig. 10. Individual varieties of the clothes hanger according to the ornamental pattern, as shown in the attached drawings in Fig. 1 to Fig. 10, differ from each other in the shape of the figure reproduced by the figurine connected to its bow. In the first variant of the clothes hanger according to the decorative pattern, as shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 1, the figurine has the shape of a human figure standing in a stride on a stick, with a stick in the hand raised above the head and aiming to strike, creating a hanging hook. In the second variant of the clothes hanger according to the ornamental pattern, the figurine represents a female figure with very long hair, lying on a stick facing towards the side with one hand supporting her head and the other leaning on a plastic composition made of her hair rising upwards and turning into a horny, arched hanging hook, as shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 2. In the third variant of the clothes hanger according to the ornamental pattern, the figurine has the shape of a half-peeled banana fruit joined with the unpeeled side to the stick, while the hanging hook is one of the parts of the peel bent away from the fruit, as shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 3. In the fourth variant of the clothes hanger according to the ornamental pattern, the figurine has the shape of a human figure seen from the side, standing on a stick with parted legs. In the fifth variant of the clothes hanger according to the ornamental pattern, the figurine has the shape of a ghost in a long shirt, slightly inclined to the side, with one arm bent so as to form an arc-shaped hanging hook, as shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 5. In the sixth variant of the clothes hanger according to the ornamental pattern, the figurine has the form of a composition composed of two fish, one of which rests lying on a pole with its head slightly raised, and the other one supported on its head with its tail is bent in an upward convex arc position with its head directed downwards towards the tail of the first fish, forming a hanging hook, as shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 6. In the seventh variant of the clothes hanger according to the ornamental pattern, the figurine has the shape of an ibex sitting on a stick, whose horn, bent backwards and extended upwards, forms a hanging hook, as shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 7. In the eighth variant of the clothes hanger according to the ornamental pattern, the figurine has the shape of a scorpion lying on a stick with its tail standing up, the end of which, bent radially downwards, forms a hanging hook, as shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 8. In the ninth variant of the clothes hanger according to the ornamental pattern, the figurine has the shape of a crab standing sideways, one limb with pincers is bent radially and forms a hanging hook, while the other rests on the hanger's stick, as shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 9. In the tenth variant of the clothes hanger according to the ornamental pattern, the figurine has the shape of a crab seen from the side, lying on a stick a lion with its head held high and its mouth widely open, the upper part of which forms a suspension hook, as shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 10.
