Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest aparat telefoniczny wielofunkcyjny , wyposazony w automatyczna sekretarke, przeznaczony do pracy w charakterze przedmiotu codziennego uzytku sluzacego do realizacji polaczen telefonicznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie zarówno w ksztalcie i rysunku oraz usytuowaniu poszczególnych jego fragmentów obudowy a takze przycisków manipulacyjnych jak i w kolorystyce elementów. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych zdjeciach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia aparat telefoniczny w widoku od czola ze zdjeta sluchawka, zas fig. 2 ten sam aparat telefoniczny w widoku z boku od strony prawej ze sluchawka odlozona na bok. Aparat telefoniczny przedstawiony na fig. 1 i fig. 2 ma plyte czolowa majaca w rzucie na plaszczyzne ksztalt prostokata o dluzszym boku pionowym, uksztaltowana w postaci wycinka powierzchni walca o duzym promieniu. Krawedz dolna plyty czolowej nalezy do plaszczyzny podstawy a krawedz górna plyty czolowej jest od plaszczyzny podstawyoddalona. Wszystkie przyciski manipulacyjne aparatu maja ksztalt prostokata, przy czym pod klapa znajduja sie w dwóch rzedach po cztery przyciski funkcyjne automatycznej sekretarki i górne maja mniejsze wymiary zas lewy bok pierwszych przycisków w kazdym rzedzie jest umieszczony wzdluz jednej linii pionowej. Pod tymi przyciskami znajduja sie elementy swietlne sygnalizacyjne majace postac plaskich poziomych szczelin usytuowanych w jednej linii z poziomym wyzlobieniem biegnacym przez czesc powierzchni czolowej. Pod wyzlobieniem znajduje sie szesc rzedów przycisków funkcyjnych, przy czym w rzedzie najwyzszym i najnizszym znajduja sie cztery przyciski zas w pozostalych trzy przyciski, a przy tym ich wymiary sa tak dobrane, ze lewe boki pierwszych przycisków znajduja sie w jednej linii przesunietej w prawo wzgledem linii wyznaczonej przez prawe boki górnych przycisków i prawe boki ostatnich znajduja sie takze w jednej linii pionowej. Wszystkie przyciski sa umieszczone tak, ze ich powierzchnia górna znajduje sie tuz nad powierzchnia plyty czolowej. The telephone set shown in Figures 1 and 2 has a front panel that, when projected onto a plane, has the shape of a rectangle with the longer side vertical, shaped as a segment of the surface of a cylinder with a large radius. The lower edge of the front panel is on the base plane, and the upper edge of the front panel is spaced from the base plane. The bottom, invisible part of the device is rectangular with dimensions smaller than the front panel, while the side walls and rear lower part of the device are flat planes aligned with the plane of the device's base at an obtuse angle. The front panel of the device is optically divided into two unequal parts, the narrower part being the earpiece's resting chamber and having in the middle part, which is a fragment of the cylindrical surface, a loudspeaker grille, on which there are numerous regular rows of horizontal narrow holes of equal length. In the upper part, the resting chamber has a recess in the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base, while in the lower part, the chamber has a recess in the shape of a triangular cuboid located on a rectangular side wall. The upper right-hand side of the front panel features a rectangular hinged flap covering an invisible compartment intended for the answering machine's cassette. All of the device's operating buttons are rectangular, with the answering machine's function buttons located under the flap in two rows of four. The upper buttons are smaller, while the left side of the first buttons in each row is arranged along a single vertical line. Beneath these buttons are indicator lights in the form of flat horizontal slots aligned with a horizontal groove running across part of the front panel. Beneath the recess are six rows of function buttons, with the top and bottom rows containing four buttons and the remaining rows containing three buttons. Their dimensions are such that the left sides of the first buttons are aligned, offset to the right, relative to the line defined by the right sides of the top buttons, and the right sides of the last buttons are also aligned vertically. All buttons are positioned so that their top surfaces are just above the surface of the front panel. The receiver is shaped like a section of a cylinder with a radius slightly smaller than the radius of curvature of the front panel. When projected onto a plane, it has the shape of a regular rectangle. The speaker section is a cuboid with a rectangular base. The microphone section is a triangular cuboid located on the side wall and beveled along the top edge. All structural elements of the device are a single dark color, with the buttons having a smooth surface, while the remaining elements of the device have a matte surface.
