PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a container with a lid. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the container with a lid, manifested in its shape. The previously known container with a lid in the shape of an open plastic cube and a corresponding closing lid has a bead on the upper edge that engages a peripheral recess in the lid, acting as a latch. The lid has a detachable section on one corner, facilitating opening the container while simultaneously acting as a security element against unauthorized opening. The container with a lid, according to the industrial design, has a shape similar to an open cube closed by a corresponding lid. The container has a circumferential bead on the upper edge, and below the edge, a protruding circumferential flange. The circumferential flange gradually increases in width and distance from the container walls. Ribbed reinforcements are provided between the flange and the container walls. At one corner of the collar, a non-ribbed hinged section is separated, which is connected to the adjacent sides of the collar with tear-off threads. The hinged section and the adjacent flange fragments are slightly wider than the remaining circumferential flange, causing their lower edges to be positioned lower than the flange edge. The hinged section is shaped so that its upper central section is separated by two triangular surfaces. These triangles are connected to the remaining surface of the hinged section at the lower end with tear-off threads. The upper edge of the hinged section, connected to the corner wall of the container, is separated by three gaps. The container also has central flange depressions on two opposite sides, which contain holes for mounting a handle. The lid's inner edges and sides are shaped to fit the upper structure of the container and the collar, so that in the closed position, the lid's sides surround the upper part of the collar and the hinged section. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, which shows a perspective view of the open container with the lid. The container with the lid includes, as essential industrial design features, a cube-shaped structure, the lower part of which, being the container proper, has a circumferential collar, in which, at one corner, the hinged section is distinguished, with two triangular surfaces separated in the upper part. The triangles are connected to the remaining surface of the hinged section in the lower parts by tear-off threads. The hinged part is also connected by these threads at its sides to the veins—the adjacent sides of the collar. The collar is connected to the container walls by its upper edge, as well as by ribs, with its outer wall gradually moving away from the container surface. The lid sides are internally shaped to match the upper part of the container with the collar, so that in the closed position, they surround the upper part of the collar and hinged part, and the thickened edge of the container fits into the edge recess of the lid.
