Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nosnik informacyjny. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, prowadzaca do nowego wyeksponowania elementów tworzacych okreslona tresc informacyjna, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym rysunku elementów w kazdej z odmian wzoru. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym ry- sunku, na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem nosnika wedlug jego odmiany pierwszej, a fig. 2 jest widokiem nosnika wedlug jego odmiany drugiej. Wedlug pierwszej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego nosnik informacyjny ma po- stac trójkatnej plyty, przy czym powierzchnia plyty ma ciemna obwódke, wewnatrz której jest wyeksponowany rysunek stylizowanego weza ulozonego w ksztalt symbolu paragrafu. Wedlug drugiej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego nos- nik informacyjny ma postac trójkatnej plyty, przy czym powierzchnia plyty ma czerwona obwódke, wewnatrz której, na zóltym tle jest wyeksponowany rysu- nek stylizowanego weza ulozonego w ksztalt symbolu paragrafu. PL PLThe subject of an industrial design is an information carrier. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, leading to a new emphasis on the elements that create a specific information content, manifested in the original drawing of the elements in each design variant. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a view of the carrier according to its first variant, and Fig. 2 is a view of the carrier according to its second variant. According to the first variant of the industrial design, the information carrier takes the form of a triangular plate, the surface of the plate having a dark border, inside which is exposed the drawing of a stylized snake arranged in the shape of a paragraph symbol. According to the second version of the industrial design, the information carrier has the form of a triangular plate, the surface of which has a red border, inside which, on a yellow background, there is a drawing of a stylized snake arranged in the shape of a paragraph symbol.
