Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podtynkowa spluczka do muszli WC. Z materialów handlowo - reklamowych firmy Valsir Polska Sp. z o.o.o. znane jest zblizone postaciowo rozwiazanie spluczki "Rios Fixsystem" o tym samym przeznaczeniu. Znana spluczka ma metalowa rame o zarysie prostokata, zlozona z dwóch pionowych slupków polacznonych u góry pozioma poprzeczka. W górnej czesci ramy usytuowany jest plastikowy zbiornik wody, o zarysie zblizonym do graniastoslupa o wyoblonych krawedziach i wierzcholkach. W dolnej czesci slupki ramy sa polaczone plyta z otworami dla rur instalacyjnych i wkretów do mocowania muszli. Dolne konce slupków ramy sa zakonczone lapkami. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografii, na których fig. 1 przedstawia spluczke w widoku od czola, fig.2 - spluczke w widoku z boku, a fig.3 - spluczke w widoku ogólnym. Istota wzoru jest jego nowa postac, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii elementów spluczki. Dolne konce slupków ramy sa zakonczone lapkami.Nowosc wzoru polega na tym, ze od górnej czesci ramy odchodza ku tylowi spluczki poziome wysiegniki zakonczone lapami o wydluzonych otworach, zas ponizej zbiornika wody slupki sa polaczone dwoma poziomymi poprzeczkami, przy czym pomiedzy tymi poprzeczkami usytuowane jest stezenie o ksztalcie zblizonym do litery "H". Oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w nadaniu ramie spluczki lekkiej, azurowej postaci. Spluczka wedlug wzoru ma takze otwory dla wkretów muszli, umiejscowione na pionowych ramionach stezenia. Ponadto od dolnej sciany zbiornika odchodzi pionowo jedna instalacyjna rura, konczaca sie u dolu kolanem, a pomiedzy ramionami stezenia jest usytuowana druga instalacyjna rura, konczaca sie u góry kolanem, przy czym otwory obu kolan sa zwrócone ku przodowi spluczki. Wzór nadaje sie do przemyslowej realizacji przy uzyciu powszechnie znanych technologii obróbki metalu i tworzyw sztucznych. Valsir Polska Sp. z o.o.'s sales and advertising materials show a similar design, the "Rios Fixsystem" cistern, for the same purpose. This known cistern has a rectangular metal frame composed of two vertical posts connected at the top by a horizontal crossbar. A plastic water tank, roughly prism-shaped with rounded edges and vertices, is located in the upper part of the frame. At the bottom, the frame posts are connected by a plate with holes for installation pipes and toilet mounting screws. The lower ends of the frame posts are terminated with lugs. The design is illustrated in the attached drawing and photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the cistern from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the overall view. The essence of the design lies in its new form, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the cistern elements. According to the design, the cistern has a rectangular metal frame composed of two vertical posts connected at the top by a horizontal crossbar. A cistern, roughly prism-shaped with rounded edges and vertices, is located in the upper part of the frame. The lower ends of the frame posts are terminated with lugs. The novelty of this design lies in the fact that horizontal arms extend from the upper frame toward the rear of the cistern, each terminated with lugs with elongated holes. Below the water tank, the posts are connected by two horizontal crossbars, with a brace similar to the letter "H" between these crossbars. The design's originality lies in the light, open-work shape of the cistern frame. The cistern, as designed, also has holes for the toilet bowl screws, located on the vertical arms of the brace. Furthermore, one installation pipe extends vertically from the bottom of the tank wall, terminating in a knee at the bottom, and a second installation pipe extends vertically between the brace arms, terminating in a knee at the top. The holes in both knees face the front of the cistern. The design is suitable for industrial production using commonly known metal and plastic processing technologies. Essential features of the industrial design: A flush cistern comprising a frame composed of two vertical posts connected at the top by a horizontal crossbar and a tank located in the upper part of the frame, with an outline similar to a prism with rounded edges and vertices, is characterized by the following: - from the upper part of the frame, horizontal arms extend towards the rear of the flush cistern, ending with lugs with elongated holes; - below the tank, the posts are connected by two horizontal crossbars, with a brace similar to the letter "H" between the crossbars.
