Nowosc i indywidualny charakter panelu prysznicowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia rysunek panelu prysznicowego w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu i z boku, fig.2- fotografie panelu prysznicowego w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu, z przodu i z boku, fig.3- fotografie panelu prysznicowego w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z przodu i z boku, fig.4- fotografie paneluprysznicowego w widoku z boku, fig.5- fotografie panelu prysznicowego w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- fotografie panelu prysznicowego w widoku z przodu, fig.7- fotografie panelu prysznicowego w widoku z tylu, fig.8- fotografie panelu prysznicowego w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu i z boku, fig.9- fotografie panelu prysznicowego w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu i z drugiego boku, fig.10- fotografie panelu prysznicowego w widoku z góry, a fig.11- fotografie panelu prysznicowego w widoku z dolu. Panel prysznicowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy panel sterujacy i wysiegnik z wylewem, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: panel sterujacy ma postac bryly w ksztalcie czesci walca, która obejmuje, od przodu, nakladka majaca wypukla sciane przednia, w polu której usytuowane sa dwie dysze i zawór z regulatorem skrzydelkowym oraz z uchwytem. W polu sciany przedniej panelu sterujacego, w obszarze pod nakladka, znajduja sie kolejno dwie dysze i zakrzywiony ku dolowi wylew. Na scianie górnej panelu sterujacego usytuowana jest przykrywka, która ma w widoku z góry zarys czworoboku z lukowatym najdluzszym bokiem. Z przykrywki wypietrza sie cylindryczny wysiegnik wyprofilowany lukowato i zakonczony wylewem z sitkiem, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.1 do 11.FIG.1FIG.2FIG.4FIG.6FIG.8FIG.10 PL3. An industrial-design shower panel, comprising a control panel and a boom with a spout, has the following key features: the control panel is a cylindrical body that is enclosed at the front by a cover plate with a convex front wall, which houses two nozzles and a valve with a butterfly regulator and a handle. The front wall of the control panel, in the area beneath the cover plate, houses two nozzles and a downward-curved spout. A cover plate is located on the top wall of the control panel, which, when viewed from above, has the outline of a quadrilateral with an arcuate longest side.
