Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest glówka zapalniczki gazowej. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, glówka zapalniczki gazowej wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukturze, materiale oraz jego ornamentacji. Wzór glówki zapalniczki gazowej jest uwidoczniony na rysunku z ukazanym linia przerywana zarysem pojemnika na gaz, przy czym fig. 1 rysunku przedstawia glówke zapalniczki gazowej w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, przodu i lewego boku, fig. 2 - glówke zapalniczki gazowej w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, tylu i lewego boku, fig. 3 - glówke zapalniczki gazowej w widoku z przodu, a fig. 4 - glówke zapalniczki gazowej w widoku z lewego boku. Czesc przednia ma z przodu i po bokach wznoszaca sie lagodnym lukiem ku czesci tylnej scianke o zaokraglonych narozach po obu bokach i o scietej zewnetrznej górnej krawedzi. Od wewnatrz, z boku, scianka ma uksztaltowany pionowo prostokatny zarys. Od zewnatrz, z boku i w tylnym dolnym obszarze, scianka ma uksztaltowane wspólsrodkowe kolowe zarysy. Od przodu, scianka ma uksztaltowane centralnie poprzecznie owalne wglebienie, w którym ma przelotowy otwór w ksztalcie litery „C" zwróconej w strone lewego boku glówki zapalniczki gazowej. Z tylu, poprzecznie pomiedzy bokami scianki czesc przednia ma, nieco wystajacy ku górze i ku tylowi poza zarys scianki, walec z zaznaczonymi obwodowymi liniami w czesci srodkowej walca i z radelkowanymi plytkami po obu koncach walca, który stanowi iskrownik. Przed iskrownikiem, na scianie dolnej, czesc przednia ma okragly palniczek. W czesci tylnej glówki zapalniczki gazowej jest umieszczony przycisk, który odchodzi poprzez stopke ku górze od sciany dolnej i ma od góry ksztalt zblizony do podkowy o lagodnie zaokraglonej wzdluz obrzeza scianie górnej. Cechami istotnymi glówki zapalniczki gazowej jest to, ze ma w widoku z góry prostokatny zarys o zaokraglonych krótszych bokach i jest podzielona na czesc przednia i obnizona wzgledem niej krótsza czesc tylna. Czesc przednia ma z przodu i po bokach wznoszaca sie lagodnym lukiem ku czesci tylnej scianke o zaokraglonych narozach po obu bokach i o scietej zewnetrznej górnej krawedzi. Od wewnatrz, z boku,scianka ma uksztaltowany pionowo prostokatny zarys. Od zewnatrz, z boku i w tylnym dolnym obszarze, scianka ma uksztaltowane wspólsrodkowe kolowe zarysy. Od przodu, scianka ma uksztaltowane centralnie poprzecznie owalne wglebienie, w którym ma przelotowy otwór w ksztalcie litery „C" zwróconej w strone lewego boku glówki zapalniczki gazowej. Z tylu, poprzecznie pomiedzy bokami scianki czesc przednia ma, nieco wystajacy ku górze i 'ku tylowi poza zarys scianki, walec z zaznaczonymi obwodowymi liniami w czesci srodkowej walca i z radelkowanymi plytkami po obu koncach walca, który stanowi iskrownik. Przed iskrownikiem, na scianie dolnej, czesc przednia ma okragly palniczek. Compared to similar products of this type, the gas lighter head is distinguished by a new design manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, structure, material, and ornamentation. The gas lighter head design is shown in the drawing, which shows the outline of a gas container as a dashed line. Fig. 1 of the drawing shows the gas lighter head in a perspective view from the top, front, and left side; Fig. 2 shows the gas lighter head in a perspective view from the top, back, and left side; Fig. 3 shows the gas lighter head in a front view; and Fig. 4 shows the gas lighter head in a left side view. The head of a gas lighter, based on an industrial design, is characterized by a rectangular top view with rounded shorter sides and a divided front section and a shorter rear section that is lowered relative to the front section. The front section has a wall rising gently in a curve towards the rear section on the front and sides, with rounded corners on both sides and a beveled outer upper edge. On the inside and side, the wall has a vertically rectangular outline. On the outside, on the side and in the lower rear area, the wall has concentric circular outlines. On the front, the wall has a central transversely oval recess, in which it has a through hole in the shape of the letter "C" facing the left side of the gas lighter head. At the rear, transversely between the sides of the wall, the front part has a cylinder, slightly protruding upward and backward beyond the wall outline, with marked circumferential lines in the cylinder's central section and knurled plates on both ends of the cylinder, which constitutes the spark gap. In front of the spark gap, on the lower wall, the front part has a circular burner. At the rear of the gas lighter head, a button is located, extending upwards from the lower wall through a foot and having a horseshoe-like shape from above, with the upper wall gently rounded along the periphery. The gas lighter head's essential features are that, viewed from above, it has a rectangular outline with rounded shorter sides and is divided into a front section and a shorter, lowered rear section. The front part has a wall rising gently in a curve towards the rear, with rounded corners on both sides and a beveled outer upper edge. On the inside and sides, the wall has a vertically rectangular outline. On the outside, on the sides and in the lower rear area, the wall has concentric circular outlines. On the front, the wall has a centrally shaped transverse oval recess, in which there is a through hole in the shape of the letter "C" facing the left side of the gas lighter head. At the back, transversely between the sides of the wall, the front part has a cylinder, slightly protruding upwards and backwards beyond the wall outline, with marked circumferential lines in the middle of the cylinder and knurled plates on both ends of the cylinder, which constitutes the spark gap. In front of the spark gap, on the bottom wall, the front part has a round burner. In the rear part of the gas lighter head, a button is located, which extends upwards through the foot from the bottom wall and has a horseshoe-like shape from the top, with the top wall gently rounded along the periphery, as shown in the attached figures 1-4.
