Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zacisk do plyt szklanych. Przedmiot wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter pos- tac wytworu zlozonego umozliwiajaca jego rozlozenie i ponowne zlozenie, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorys- tyke i material wytworu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku. Zacisk do plyt szklanych ma korpus wykonany jako odlew stopu cynku Z41A, posiadajacy ksztalt zblizony do trójkata, którego dwa boki sa prosto- padle do siebie a trzeci bok stanowiacy przeciwprostokatnama linie lukowa z otworem w dolnej czesci wierzcholka trójkata oraz suwak wykonany jako odlew stopu cynku Z41A ze szczeka w ksztalcie daszka oraz dwóch wkladek polistyrenowych odpowiednio uksztaltowanych, jak pokazano na fig.1. Korpus scianke tylna uksztaltowana w ksztalcie dwóch liter C z prostokat- nym wybraniem w czesci srodkowej scianki tylnej, a scianka górna ma wy-branie w ksztalcie zblizonym do paraboli z trzema pionowo wykonanymi slupkami, jak pokazano na fig.2. Suwak ze szczeka w ksztalcie daszka w dolnej czesci ma wykonany nadle- wek z nagwintowanym otworem równolegle do pionowej scianki suwaka posiadajacej otwór mocujacy i otwór ustalajacy, jak pokazano na fig.3. Jedna z wkladek ma linie zewnetrzna w ksztalcie paraboli z owalnym wybra- niem oraz dwie prowadnice biegnace po ramionach paraboli odpowiednio uksztaltowane, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 4. Druga wkladka ma zarys pólowalny z wcieciem srodkowym w ksztalcie litery C z okraglym nadlewkiem w postaci slupka, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 5. The design is a new and unique form of a composite product, capable of being disassembled and reassembled, particularly through the product's line, contour, shape, color, and material characteristics. The industrial design is shown in the drawing. The glass plate clamp has a body made from a Z41A zinc alloy casting, roughly triangular in shape, with two sides perpendicular to each other and the third side being a hypotenuse arc with an opening at the bottom of the triangle's apex. The slider is made from a Z41A zinc alloy casting with a visor-shaped jaw and two suitably shaped polystyrene inserts, as shown in Fig. 1. The body has a rear wall shaped like two letters C with a rectangular recess in the middle part of the rear wall, and the upper wall has a recess in the shape of an approximation of a parabola with three vertically made posts, as shown in Fig. 2. The slider with a visor-shaped jaw has a formed overhang in the lower part with a threaded hole parallel to the vertical wall of the slider having a mounting hole and a locating hole, as shown in Fig. 3. One of the inserts has an external line in the shape of a parabola with an oval recess and two guides running on the arms of the parabola, appropriately shaped, as shown in Fig. 1 and 4. The other insert has a semi-oval outline with a central C-shaped recess with a rounded top in the form of a pillar, as shown in Fig. 1 and 5. The whole is connected by a screw with a countersunk head and can be finished by brass plating and varnishing with a clear varnish, or brass plating and patinating with varnishing with a clear varnish, or copper plating and patinating with varnishing with a clear varnish, or powder coating.
