OPASKA Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 27.01.2003r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opaska, zwlaszcza opaska identyfikacyjna, wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego. Opaska przeznaczona jest do zakladania na konczyne glównie na reke w celu identyfikacji i/lub identyfikacji polaczonej z elementem reklamowym. Opaska wedlug wzoru jest nowa i oryginalna w odniesieniu do dotychczas znanych rozwiazan tego typu. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz rozplanowaniu powierzchni. Opaska bedzie wykonywana sposobem wedlug dotychczasowego stanu techniki szczególnie z nieprzezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego, z tworzywa nie majacego ujemnego oddzialywania na cialo czlowieka. Opaska jest oryginalna w ksztalcie, estetyczna i wygodna w uzyciu. W zalozeniu jest to opaska jednorazowa czyli po uszkodzeniu zapiecia nie bedzie mogla byc powtórnie uzyta. Opaska moze sluzyc jako wejsciówka na impreze, mozna na niej umieszczac indywidualny nadruk wedlug odpowiedniego zapotrzebowania.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l pokazuje rozciagnieta opaske w widoku od strony zewnetrznej (od strony wewnetrznej pasek opaski jest taki sam co do ksztaltu), fig. 3 ukazuje korpus zapinki opaski w widoku z boku, fig.4 ukazuj e zatrzask zapinki tej opaski w pólwidoku i w pólprzekroju, zas fig.5 ukazuje zatrzask zapinki opaski w widoku od strony czolowej. The subject of the industrial design is a wristband, specifically an identification wristband, made of plastic. The wristband is intended to be worn on a limb, primarily on the hand, for identification purposes and/or in combination with an advertising element. The wristband, as designed, is new and original compared to previously known solutions of this type. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface layout. The wristband will be manufactured using a method consistent with the current state of technology, particularly from opaque plastic, a material that has no negative impact on the human body. The wristband is unique in shape, aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable to use. It is intended to be a disposable wristband, meaning that if the fastener is damaged, it cannot be reused. The band can be used as an event ticket and can be personalized with a personalized print as needed. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the stretched band viewed from the outside (the band's inner strap is the same shape), Fig. 3 shows the body of the band's clasp from a side view, Fig. 4 shows the clasp of the band in half-view and half-section, and Fig. 5 shows the clasp of the band from the front. For greater clarity, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5 show the clasp of the band at a multiple magnification compared to how the band is shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. Fig. 2 shows a variant of the band having the same clasp body and the same clasp latch, differing only in that it has an additional, short, transverse strip with a hole near the clasp. The essential features of this industrial design are: that the band is a long, narrow strip having at one end a two-part disposable clasp 1, and at the other end a series of holes 3 arranged in one line that fit the narrowing of this clasp, wherein in the central part the band has a separated area 2 intended for information and/or advertising printing, and the two-part clasp consists of a body and a latch as shown in drawings Fig. 3 to Fig. 5. In the variant of the band shown in Fig. 2, at the height of the clasp, the band has an additional, short, transverse strip with a hole near the clasp.
