Oslona moze równiez stanowic element kratki wentylacyjnej. Istote wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie ramki. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na za- laczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia oslone wentylacyjna w widoku ogólnym, a fig. 2 - fragment ramki oslony w przekroju poprzecznym. Oslona wentylacyjna wedlug wzoru zbudo- wana jest z ramki polozonej na calym obwodzie oslony i przeslony przeplywu powietrza wypelnia- jacej przestrzen ograniczona ramka.Ramka ma postac wyprofilowanego elementu nachylo- nego do dolu w strone obrzeza zewnetrznego. Ksztalt ramki w przekroju poprzecznym utworzony jest z plaskiej czesci polozonej od strony prze- slony przechodzacej scieciem zakonczonym promie- niem w wklesla czesc srodkowa, która przechodzi dalej zaokraglonym obrzezem zewnetrznym w plaska pobocznice • Plaska pobocznica zakonczona jest stopke majaca od strony wewnetrznej wystep o zarysie zblizonym do trójkata. Stopka stanowi element oparciowy, natomiast wystep jest elementem zamka mocujacego w przypadku zastosowania oslony w kratce wentyla- cyjnej . Oslona wentylacyjna moze miec zarys zewnetrzny w ksztalcie prostokata, kwadratu, kola lub owa- lu. PL PLVentilation Cover The right of registration of the ornamental design is valid from: 09.07.1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a ventilation cover intended for ventilation openings. The cover may also be a component of a ventilation grille. The essence of the ornamental design is the new form of the object manifested in the shape of a frame. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the ventilation cover in a general view, and Fig. 2 - a fragment of the cover frame in cross-section. The ventilation cover, according to the design, is constructed of a frame located around the entire perimeter of the cover and an airflow shutter filling the space bounded by the frame. The frame is a profiled element inclined downward towards the outer edge. The cross-sectional shape of the frame consists of a flat part located on the shutter side, which transitions with a chamfer ending in a radius into a concave central part, which then transitions with a rounded outer rim into a flat sidewall. The flat sidewall ends with a foot with a protrusion on the inside, roughly triangular in shape. The foot serves as a support element, while the protrusion acts as a fastening element when the cover is used in a ventilation grille. The external shape of the ventilation cover may be rectangular, square, circular, or oval.
