Description

Sposób otrzymywania wegla z zawie¬ rajacych wegiel scieków, z kopalni we¬ gla kamiennego i brunatnego, prowadzi w przewaznej ilosci wypadków do otrzy¬ mywania, zawierajacej duzo popiolu, piany weglowej, która przedstawia mala wartosc jako opal. Obecne ciezkie wa¬ runki zmuszaja przemysl do korzystania z wegla o mniejszej wartosci opalowej, jakoto z wegla zwalowego, mokrego, su¬ rowego wegla brunatnego i wegla o du¬ zej zawartosci popiolu. Gdyby udalo sie wydzielic z takiego wegla czesci o du¬ zej zawartosci popiolu, to zdolnosc opa¬ lowa wegla znacznie by wzrosla. Powtó-rzenie sposobu prowadzi stale do dal¬ szego zmniejszenia zawartosci popiolu w weglu.Przyklady wykonania. 1. Wegiel mulowy, produkt splóka- nia wegla z 30,56% popiolu, zostaje rozrobiony woda w stosunku 1: 3. Cala masa zostaje zadana elektrolitem i srod¬ kiem do plawienia (na 2 kg wegla — 3 ccm szkla wodnego i 3 ccm srodka do plawienia), i plawiona przy intensyw- nem wzruszaniu. Powstajaca przytem i splywajaca piana zawiera prócz wegla jeszcze czesc zanieczyszczen. Po pierw- szem postepowaniu otrzymuje sie kon¬ centrat, zawierajacy 10,8°/0 popiolu. Po trzeciem postepowaniu zawieral kon¬ centrat przecietnie tylko 7,6% popiolu.Zawartosc wegla wynosila 91,40°/0. 2. Ziarnisty wymyty koks z 6,4% popiolu byl mielony w miazdzarce wal¬ cowej w przeciagu godziny, a nastepnie traktowany, zgodnie z wynalazkiem, w sposób opisany pod 1. Otrzymano koncentrat z 2,24% popiolu. Zawartosc wegla wynosila 92,72%. 3. Antracyt z 73,26% wegla byl mie¬ lony w przeciagu l1^ godziny, a nastep¬ nie traktowany w sposób opisany pod 1. Otrzymano koncentrat zawiera¬ jacy 86,52% wegla.Z powyzszych przykladów widoczna jest wielka zaleta nowego sposobu, gdyz malo wartosciowy materjal wyjsciowy, podlug wynalazku, moze byc zamieniony w wegiel z mala zawartoscia popiolu, który juz znajduje zastosowanie, jako materjal opalowy, do redukcji metali, do wytwarzania sztucznego grafitu i t. p. PLThe method of obtaining coal from coal-containing wastewater, from hard and brown coal mines, leads in the overwhelming number of cases to obtaining coal foam containing a lot of ash, which is of little value as opal. The current tough conditions force the industry to use coal with a lower calorific value, such as coal, wet, crude brown coal, and high ash coal. If it was possible to separate parts with a high ash content from such coal, the calorific value of the coal would increase significantly. The second, economically important advantage of such a procedure consists in rational transport, the cost of which would be reduced by 10-20 ° / 0- High ash content usually comes from clay impurities in the coal. In the context of the invention, it is operated in such a way that these impurities, which have been brought together with the carbon in a finely divided form, are loosened by the action of electrolytes, for example alkali silicates. It is advisable to grind the coarse-grained starting material before adding the electrolyte. Then, due to the loosening effect of the electrolytes used, it is possible to separate the carbon from the pollutants. It also turns out that the loosening and separating operations can be carried out in one process, and loosening, followed by , can be performed with one and the same apparatus. Repeating the process continuously leads to a further reduction in the ash content of the coal. 1. Mule coal, a product of carbon deflation with 30.56% ash, is diluted with water in a ratio of 1: 3. The whole mass is applied with electrolyte and a spitting agent (for 2 kg of carbon - 3 cc of water glass and 3 cc of water) a spitting agent), and plagued by intense agitation. The resulting flowing foam contains, apart from carbon, some contamination. After the first procedure, a concentrate is obtained, containing 10.8% ash. After the third procedure, it contained an average ash concentrate of only 7.6%. The carbon content was 91.40%. 2. Granular eluted coke with 6.4% ash was ground in a roller mixer for an hour and then treated according to the invention as described under 1. A concentrate with 2.24% ash was obtained. The carbon content was 92.72%. 3. Anthracite with 73.26% carbon was ground within 11 hours and then treated as described under 1. A concentrate was obtained containing 86.52% carbon. From the above examples the great advantage of the new process is evident. since the low-value starting material, the backbone of the invention, can be turned into coal with a low ash content, which is already used as an opal material, for metal reduction, for the production of artificial graphite, etc.
