Description
Rozeta Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest rozeta, stosowana przy montazu wszelkiego rodzaju armatury wodnej. Rozeta przejawia cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci w zakresie nowego jej ksztaltu. Powszechnie znane i stosowane do tego celu, jako standard, sa rozety w ksztalcie kola, w widoku bocznym plaskie albo tez w mniejszym lub wiekszym stopniu wypukle. Rozeta w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt kwadratu z centralnie usytuowanym otworem oraz faze zaznaczona jako mniejszy kwadrat. W widoku bocznym rozeta ma ksztalt prostokatny, przy czym narozniki tego prostokata, od strony plaszczyzny czolowej, sa sciete. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia rozete w widoku czolowym, zas fig. 2 rozete w widoku bocznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Rozeta uwidoczniona na rysunku fig. 1 i fig.2 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze; - rozeta w widoku czolowym ma ksztalt prostokata;- rozeta ma faze zaznaczona jako mniejszy prostokat; - rozeta ma umieszczony centralnie otwór; - rozeta w widoku z boku ma ksztalt prostokata; - rozeta od strony plaszc2yzny czolowej ma sciete narozniki.Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PLThe decorative design is a rosette used in the installation of all types of water fittings. The rosette exhibits novelty and originality in its new shape. Commonly known and standard for this purpose are circular rosettes, flat or more or less convex in side views. The front view of the rosette is square with a centrally located hole and a chamfer marked as a smaller square. The side view of the rosette is rectangular, with the corners of this rectangle, on the frontal plane, being chamfered. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the rosette from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the rosette from the side. The essential features of the industrial design are: The rosette shown in Figs. 1 and 2 is characterized by: - the rosette in the frontal view has a rectangular shape; - the rosette has a chamfer marked as a smaller rectangle; - the rosette has a centrally located hole; - the rosette in the side view has a rectangular shape; - the rosette from the frontal plane has cut corners.Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PL
