Description

Pierwszenstwo: Opublikowano: 2Q m 1965 49255 KI. 5 MKP '5 43/e8 mb UKD *M.Twórca wynalazku: inz. Kazimierz Paszynski Wlasciciel patentu: Centralne Laboratorium Kopalnych Surowców Che¬ micznych, Warszawa (Polska) *-Ttr Sposób lugowania soli metoda hydrowrebu *'~'^ntowego L____|[ei Ludowe/ f 1 Przy lugowaniu pokladów solnych metoda hy¬ drowrebu rozpuszczanie soli w doprowadzonej wo¬ dzie zachodzi w tak zwanej komorze. Kazimierz Paszynski Patent owner: Central Laboratory of Fossil Chemical Raw Materials, Warsaw (Poland) * -Ttr Method of salt leaching by the hydroebo *' ~ '^ nt L ____ | [ei Ludowe / f 1 During the leaching of salt seams by the hydrocarbon method, the dissolution of the salt in the supplied water takes place in a so-called chamber. In order for the deposit to be exploited correctly, it is necessary to protect the opening through the salt bed and the roof of the chamber against the leaching action of water. This is accomplished by introducing an oil into the opening and chamber to shield the salt from the water. In the case of roof protection, salt flushing is carried out in a horizontal direction. One drill site requires approximately 300 tons of oil on average. Part of the oil is recovered after use. The economics of the hydrocarbons are adversely affected not only by the costs of the loss of the oil itself, but also by the necessity to store large amounts of it. The method according to the invention allows for significant savings due to the reduction by more than half of the amount of oil needed for salt screening and due to the reduction of oil losses. It consists in replacing about 75% of the oil with balls, for example glass, foam concrete, expanded clay or plastic, etc. with an apparent specific weight of the same weight as the weight of the oil used. The balls are used with a diameter of 2-5-20 m / m. The cross-section of the borehole shown in the drawing illustrates the method of carrying out the invention. A pipe X is inserted into the borehole 1 for water supply, and inside 5 a pipe 3 for brine discharge. A pipe 5 for supplying oil is connected to the borehole superstructure 4. The pipe 8 is equipped with a chute 6 equipped with two slides 7, used to supply the oil to the balls. The balls not only directly enable the reduction of the amount of supplied oil to approximately 25 '/ *, but also plug the gaps in the borehole and in the roof chambers, thus reducing the losses due to oil penetration into the depth of the bed.
