Description

49205 KI 39 a', w* y Opublikowano: 10.IV.1965 UKD 678/ Twórca wynalazku i Zdzislaw Urbaniak, Warszawa (Polska) wlasciciel patentu: *m; 7' ;Untowego I !:| ii2Ei-zv":piiite| LudowtJ I Mechanizm przesuwu elektrod urzadzenia do zgrzewania folii z tworzyw sztucznych pradami wielkiej czestotliwosci Przedmiotem patentu glównego Nr 49204 jest spos6b ciaglego zgrzewania folii z tworzyw sztucz¬ nych pradami wielkiej czestotliwosci i urzadzenie do stosowania tego sposobu. Faze druga stanowi przesuniecie elektrod wraz z tworzywem w nich zacisnietym, z równoczesnym zgrzewaniem a nastepnie chlodzeniem zgrzewu. Ruch elektrod w plaszczyznie poziomej zapewnia obrót ramy 1 wraz .& ukladem dzwigni 2, 3 i 4, 5 dokola dwóch osi pionowych osadzonych w lozysku górnym 12 i dolnym 13. Sprezyny 19 i 20 zapewniaja dokladne przyleganie rolek 17 i 18 odpowiednio do krzywek 15 i 16 wsku¬ tek czego wyeliminowane sa luzy w dzialaniu me¬ chanizmu.Dzieki ukladowi dzwigni obrotowych sprzezonych ze soba i obrotowemu osadzeniu ramy, w której umieszczone sa osie dzwigni elektrody zgrzewarki podczas napedzania walu silnikiem elektrycznym, wykonuja ruchy powtarzajace sie cyklicznie. Dlu¬ gosc drogi i czas trwania kazdego ruchu elektrod jest uzalezniona od ksztaltu i rozmiarów krzywek, 49205 «49205 natomiast kolejnosc ruchów zalezy od wzajemnego usytuowania krzywek. Przez odpowiedni dobór krzywek mozna ustalic cykl pracy wlasciwy dla technologii zgrzewania okreslonego tworzywa.Szybkosc zgrzewania jest uzalezniona od bezwlad¬ nosci mechanizmu i gatunku zgrzewanej folii i mo¬ ze byc regulowana obrotami silnika napedzajacego wal na którym osadzone sa krzywki sterujace. PL49205 KI 39 a ', in * y Published: 10.IV.1965 UKD 678 / Inventor and Zdzislaw Urbaniak, Warsaw (Poland) patent owner: * m; 7 '; Untowego I!: | II2Ei-zv ": piiite | LudowtJ I Mechanism of electrode displacement of a device for welding plastic films by high frequency currents The subject of the main patent No. 49204 is a method of continuous welding of plastic films by high frequency currents and a device for the application of this method. on the use of a repeating cycle of work, which consists of four successive phases. The first phase is the embrace of the material to be welded by two elongated-shaped electrodes, positioned in the direction of the welding line. The second phase is the shift of the electrodes together with the plastic clamped in them. The third phase is the opening of the electrodes, and the fourth phase is the return of the electrode mechanism to its original position, during this phase the foil to be sealed is fixed on the welding machine's worktable. The subject of the invention is a mechanism that gives the system to the system. welding electrodes evoking the sequential movements required in each phase and ensuring that the work cycle is repeated automatically for any period of time. The principle of operation of the mechanism is shown in the schematic drawing. In the vertical sides of the frame 1 are mounted the axes of two two-arm systems 2, 3, and 4, 5 connected in pairs by means of fasteners 6 and 7 at one end, and at the other ends by covers 8 and 9 containing the welding electrode holders. in this way, the two systems of levers are connected with each other by two crossed steel rods 10 and 11, so that when the levers are rotated around the axis, their ends make push-pull movements in a vertical plane, causing the electrodes to shorten and open. The rotation of the electrodes in the horizontal plane ensures the rotation of the frame 1 with the arrangement of the levers 2, 3 and 4, 5 around two vertical axes embedded in the upper 12 and lower bearing 13. The sequence of movements of the electrodes marked with arrows 14 in the figure is achieved thanks to the system two control cams 15 and 16 rigidly mounted on a common shaft driven by an electric motor. The cam 15, via the roller 17, forces the lever to move in a vertical plane, which causes the electrodes to close and open, while the cam 16 via the roller 18 causes the frame 1 to rotate together with the lever system, thereby causing the electrodes to slide in a horizontal plane. 19 and 20 ensure that the rollers 17 and 18 fit exactly to the cams 15 and 16, so that the slack in the operation of the mechanism is eliminated. Due to the arrangement of rotating levers interconnected and the rotational mounting of the frame, in which the axes of the welding electrode lever are placed during driving the shaft with an electric motor, they make cyclical movements. The distance and duration of each movement of the electrodes depends on the shape and size of the cams, 49205 49205 and the sequence of movements depends on the relative positions of the cams. By appropriate selection of the cams, it is possible to determine the work cycle appropriate for the technology of welding a specific material. The welding speed depends on the inertia of the mechanism and the type of the film to be welded, and can be regulated by the rotation of the motor driving the shaft on which the control cams are mounted.
