Przedmiotem niniejszego wynalazku jest nowa metoda destylacji rozmaitych cieczy; w szczególnosci zas cieczy w ro¬ dzaju smoly surowej pogazowej, ropy naftowej i temu podobnych mieszanin z zawiesina wodna.Wiadoma jest rzecza, ze destylacja tych plynów, zwlaszcza w pierwszym jej okresie odbywa sie burzliwie, albowiem powstajaca para wodna powoduje prze¬ rzucanie cieczy surowej z bani destyla¬ cyjnej do odbieralnika, co uniemozliwia dalsza destylacje bez poprzedniego opróz¬ nienia i klopotliwego oczyszczania apa¬ ratury.Ten proces ma wtedy taki przebieg, gdy destylacje prowadzimy w zwyklych baniach destylacyjnych, do którychzostaje wlana ciecz calkowicie lub czesciowo i dopiero wtedy podgrzewana, a doplywr ciepla nie jest odpowiednio regulowany, która to regulacja wymaga znowu wy¬ datku znacznej ilosci czasu i paliwa.Metoda, stanowiaca przedmiot niniej¬ szego wynalazku, pozwala usunac po¬ wyzsze niedogodnosci. Istota wynalazku polega na tern, ze wprowadzana do aparatu ciecz splywa naprzód jednym lub kilku strumieniami na rozgrzana po¬ wierzchnie umieszczonej w odpowiedniem korytku wewnatrz samego aparatu de¬ stylacyjnego wezownicy parowej (lub innej), dzieki czemu zyskujemy szybkie wydzielenie sie pary wodnej, a scieka- kajaca na dól ciecz, bedac pozbawiona wody, moze byc w dalszym ciagu de¬ stylowana bez najmniejszej obawy prze¬ rzucania jej do odbieralnika. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that the liquid introduced into the apparatus flows forward in one or more streams onto the heated surface of a steam coil (or other) placed in a suitable tray inside the distilling apparatus itself, thanks to which we obtain a quick release of water vapor, and - the downwardly draining liquid, being without water, can still be distilled without the slightest fear of being thrown into the receptacle.
