Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych. Nowa postac i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku ogólnym - perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym od dolu, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii A-A, a fig. 5 - ten sam uchwyt w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii B-B. The novelty and originality of the industrial design are evident in its shape and line arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a general perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same handle in a perspective view from below, Fig. 3 shows the same handle in a top view, Fig. 4 shows the same handle in a vertical cross-section along line A-A, and Fig. 5 shows the same handle in a vertical cross-section along line B-B. The industrial-design furniture handle is a solid shape that, when viewed from above, has the shape of a rectangle with slightly rounded shorter sides, and from the front, a section of a ring terminated on both sides by feet, formed by trapezoidal-shaped openings between these feet. The front and rear walls of the handle, as well as the side, arched walls of the feet, are positioned slightly downward. In turn, both foot bases and the lower, arched wall of the handle have openings, with the feet surrounding these openings vertically embedded within them. The upper radial surface of the furniture handle is equipped with a decorative element that, when viewed from above, has the shape of a rectangle with slightly rounded shorter sides, and in vertical cross-section, the shape of a channel with a rounded upper surface. In a variant of the furniture handle, the decorative element that forms part of the handle surface has a color contrasting with the remaining part of the handle. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle shown in figures 1-5 is characterized in that: - it consists of a solid having the shape of a rectangle in a top view with slightly rounded shorter sides, and in a front view the shape of a section of a ring terminated on both sides with feet, formed by recesses of a shape close to a trapezoid made between these feet, wherein the front and rear walls of the handle and the side arc walls of the feet are situated slightly diagonally downwards; - recesses are made in both foot bases and in the lower arc wall of the handle, wherein in the feet of the handle these recesses surround sleeve elements situated vertically within them; - the upper radial surface of the furniture handle is equipped with a decorative element, which in a top view has the shape of a rectangle with slightly rounded shorter sides, and in a vertical cross-section has the shape of a U-profile with a rounded upper surface; - the decorative element constituting part of the handle surface has a color contrasting with the remaining part of the handle.
