Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania, postac wytworu, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w jego ksztalcie oraz wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego, w ujeciu schematycznym, pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach. Na rysunku zbiorczym pokazano wszystkie odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, w przekroju poprzecznym, przy czym numeracja odmian wzoru przemyslowego odpowiada numeracji figur na rysunku zbiorczym - odmiane numer 1 wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na fig. 1, odmiane nr 2 - na fig. 2, itd. az odmiane nr 6 - na fig. 6. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for multiple reproduction, manifesting itself in particular in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the industrial design, schematically, is shown in the attached drawings. The collective drawing shows all variants of the industrial design, in cross-section, with the numbering of the variants of the industrial design corresponding to the numbering of the figures in the collective drawing – variant number 1 of the industrial design is shown in Fig. 1, variant number 2 in Fig. 2, etc., up to variant number 6 in Fig. 6. The cross-sections of the variants of the industrial design shown in the collective drawing are presented in additional drawings, enlarged to allow for the visualization of the details of each variant.
