Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest umywalka, przeznaczona do wyposazenia lazienek w mieszkaniach prywatnych , ale moze byc takze wykorzystana w lazienkach w budynkach uzytecznosci publicznej. Znane umywalki maja w wiekszosci postac misek o róznych ksztaltach, przy czym na ogól tylna ich sciana jest plaska, tak aby umywalke mozna bylo przytwierdzic do sciany. Odplyw zwykle schowany jest pod oddzielnym elementem w postaci pólpostumentu czy nogi, wykonanych z tego samego materialu co umywalka. Nowosc i charakter indywidualny przedmiotu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie , ukladzie linii, a takze w zastosowanym materiale, którym jest tworzywo sztuczne i metal. Umywalka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona jest w trzech odmianach, których wspólna charakterystyczna cecha jest to, ze umywalka i postument sa ze soba zespolone, maja budowe skrzyniowa, w ksztalcie graniastoslupów o prostokatnych podstawach, stojacych na wspólnej podstawie w ksztalcie plaskiego prostopadloscianu. Umywalki sa umywalkami wolnostojacymi. Przednia sciana obudowy wystaje poza krawedz podstawy, zas tylna sciana ma posrodku wneke, wewnatrz której umieszczony jest czesciowo (w przyblizeniu polowa swojej szerokosci) postument 4 w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu. Górna podstawa postumentu znajduje sie powyzej poziomu miski umywalkowej , a na niej znajduje sie bateria umywalkowa 5. Do bocznych scian postumentu przymocowany jest wieszak 6 w postaci prostokatnej ramy wykonanej z preta o przekroju prostokata , opasujacej obudowe umywalki. Z tylu umywalki, na okolo 2/3 wysokosci jej obudowy, znajduje sieprostokatna pólka 7 , o dlugosci równej szerokosci obudowy. Pólka z jednej strony opasuje tylna czesc postumentu, a z drugiej strony podparta jest prostokatna plyta polozona w plaszczyznie tylnej sciany podstawy 1. Przestrzen pod pólka moze byc wykorzystana jako schowek lub miejsce do ekspozycji zdobniczych akcesoriów lazienkowych .Wszystkie elementy umywalki wykonane sa z tworzywa sztucznego, a wieszak wykonany jest z metalu. Umywalka wedlug drugiej odmiany, pokazana na fig. 3 ma ksztalt analogiczny do umywalki wedlug pierwszej odmiany, przedstawionej na fig. 1, przy czym na obwodzie obudowy 1 umywalki znajduja sie dwa pasy poziomych rowków ozdobnych 8, usytuowane , jeden w poblizu górnej krawedzi obudowy, drugi w poblizu dolnej krawedzi obudowy. Umywalka wedlug trzeciej odmiany, pokazana na fig.5 jest umywalka dwumiskowa, przeznaczona do równoczesnego korzystania przez dwie osoby. Umywalka sklada sie z podstawy l_w postaci plaskiego prostopadloscianu, na którym usytuowane sa dwie jednakowe obudowy 2 w ksztalcie prostopadloscianów , w których prostopadlosciany znajduja sie prostokatne miski umywalkowe 3. Pomiedzy obudowami 2_usytuowany jest postument 4_w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, który wnika czesciowo w obudowy misek. Postument jest nieco wyzszy od obudów misek, a na jego górnej powierzchni umieszczone sa baterie umywalkowe 5. W poblizu górnych krawedzi umywalek, do obudów 2 przymocowany jest wieszak 6_ na reczniki, w postaci preta o przekroju prostokatnym, który opasuje umywalke ze wszystkich stron. Umywalka moze byc w calosci wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego w jednym kolorze lub wersji kombinowanej, na przyklad jedna miska z obudowa i podstawa w jednym kolorze, druga miska z obudowa z tworzywa w innym kolorze. Moga tez byc miski i postument wykonane z metalu, a pozostale elementy z tworzywa sztucznego. Umywalka wedlug czwartej odmiany jest analogiczna jak umywalka trzeciej odmiany, przy czym na obudowach 2 znajduja sie dwa pasy poziomych rowków ozdobnych 8, usytuowane , jeden w poblizu górnej krawedzi obudowy, drugi w poblizu dolnej krawedzi obudowy, zas wieszak 6 zamocowany jest w postumencie 4 i jest usytuowany poprzecznie do plaszczyzny przechodzacej przez osie obydwóch baterii 5 . Istota umywalki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest to , ze umywalka i postument sa ze soba zespolone, maja budowe skrzyniowa, w ksztalcie graniastoslupów oprostokatnych podstawach, stojacych na wspólnej podstawie w ksztalcie plaskiego prostopadloscianu. Inna istotna cecha jest to, ze dwie jednakowe umywalki sa zblokowane w jedna funkcjonalna calosc, a takze rodzaj materialu umywalki, która w calosci moze byc wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego lub w kombinacjach elementów skladowych z tworzywa sztucznego i metalu.. Well-known washbasins are usually in the form of bowls of various shapes, usually with a flat back wall so that the washbasin can be attached to the wall. The drain is usually hidden under a separate element, such as a semi-pedestal or leg, made of the same material as the washbasin. The novelty and individual character of the industrial design object are evident in its shape, line layout, and the materials used, which are plastic and metal. The industrial design washbasin is presented in three varieties, the common characteristic of which is that the washbasin and pedestal are connected, have a box-like structure, in the shape of prisms with rectangular bases, standing on a common base in the shape of a flat cuboid. The washbasins are freestanding washbasins. The washbasin according to the design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the first washbasin variant in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the washbasin from Fig. 1 in a side view, Fig. 3 shows the second washbasin variant in a perspective view, Fig. 4 shows the washbasin from Fig. 3 in a side view, Fig. 5 shows the third washbasin variant in a perspective view, Fig. 6 shows the washbasin from Fig. 5 in a side view, Fig. 7 shows the fourth washbasin variant in a perspective view, and Fig. 8 shows the washbasin from Fig. 7 in a side view. The individual variants of the washbasin are presented in an additional collective drawing, which shows in perspective views the first variant of the washbasin in Fig. 1, the second variant of the washbasin in Fig. 3, the third variant of the washbasin in Fig. 5, and the fourth variant of the washbasin in Fig. 7. For a better illustration of the essential features of the design, the individual variants of the washbasin are presented in photographs, in which fig. la shows the first variant of the washbasin, fig. 5a shows the third variant of the washbasin, made entirely of single-color plastic, fig. 5b shows the third variant of the washbasin, made in a two-color version, in which the base and housing with the washbasin bowl are made of red material, and the second part, consisting of the pedestal and housing with the washbasin bowl is made of white material, fig. Sc shows the third variant of the washbasin, in which both bowls and the pedestal are made of metal, while the base, both housings and both bowls are made of plastic, fig. 7a shows the fourth variant of the washbasin, in which both bowls and the pedestal are made of metal, while the base, both housings and both bowls are made of plastic. The washbasin according to the first variant, shown in Fig. 1, has a base 1 in the form of a flat cuboid. On base I, in its front part there is a housing 2 in the form of a tall, prism-shaped box with a rectangular base, the upper part of which houses a rectangular washbasin bowl 1. The front wall of the housing protrudes beyond the edge of the base, while the rear wall has a recess in the center, inside which is partially (approximately half of its width) placed a cuboid pedestal 4. The upper base of the pedestal is located above the level of the washbasin bowl, and on it is located a washbasin tap 5. A hanger 6 in the form of a rectangular frame made of a rectangular cross-section rod, encircling the washbasin housing, is attached to the side walls of the pedestal. At the back of the washbasin, approximately two-thirds the height of its housing, is a rectangular shelf 7, with a length equal to the width of the housing. On one side, the shelf wraps around the rear of the pedestal, and on the other side, it is supported by a rectangular plate located flush with the rear wall of the base 1. The space under the shelf can be used as storage or for displaying decorative bathroom accessories. All washbasin components are made of plastic, and the hanger is made of metal. The washbasin of the second variant, shown in Fig. 3, has a shape similar to the washbasin of the first variant, shown in Fig. 1, with two horizontal strips of decorative grooves 8 located on the perimeter of the washbasin housing 1, one near the upper edge of the housing, the other near the lower edge of the housing. The third variant of the washbasin, shown in Fig. 5, is a double-bowl washbasin, designed for simultaneous use by two people. The washbasin consists of a base l in the form of a flat cuboid, on which are located two identical cuboid-shaped housings 2, in which the cuboids contain rectangular washbasin bowls 3. Between the housings 2 is a cuboid-shaped pedestal 4, which partially penetrates the bowl housings. The pedestal is slightly higher than the bowl housings, and on its upper surface are placed washbasin faucets 5. Near the upper edges of the washbasins, a towel rail 6, in the form of a rectangular rod, is attached to the housings 2, which encloses the washbasin on all sides. The washbasin can be made entirely of plastic in a single color or a combination, for example, one bowl with a housing and base in one color, the other bowl with a plastic housing in a different color. Alternatively, the bowls and pedestal can be made of metal, and the remaining elements of plastic. The washbasin according to the fourth version is analogous to the washbasin of the third version, with the housings 2 featuring two strips of horizontal decorative grooves 8, one near the upper edge of the housing, the other near the lower edge of the housing. A hanger 6 is mounted in the pedestal 4 and is positioned transversely to the plane passing through the axes of both taps 5. The essence of an industrial design washbasin is that the washbasin and pedestal are integrated, forming a box-like structure, shaped like prisms with rectangular bases, resting on a common base in the shape of a flat cuboid. Another important feature is that two identical washbasins are integrated into one functional unit, as well as the type of washbasin material, which can be made entirely of plastic or in combination with plastic and metal components.
