Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kalosz damski, przeznaczony do powszechnego stosowania, zaleznego od charakterystycznych warunków atmosferycznych. Istote cech nowosci i oryginalnosci wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie ksztaltem oraz barwa, wlasciwosciami i faktura zewnetrznych powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony zostal na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 - przedstawia widok boczny kalosza zawierajacy charakterystyczny ksztalt z elementami w postaci pasów, fig.2 - przedstawia widok podeszwy zawierajacej charakterystyczna fakture powierzchni. The industrial design registration right is valid from February 10, 2003. The industrial design is a women's wellington boot intended for general use, depending on specific weather conditions. The essence of the novelty and originality of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in its shape, color, properties, and texture of the external surfaces. The industrial design is suitable for multiple reproduction. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a side view of the wellington boot with a characteristic shape and elements in the form of straps, and Fig. 2 shows a view of the sole with a characteristic surface texture. The attached photographs of the industrial design show, in fig. 3 - a side view of the wellington boot from the outer side, in fig. 4 - a side view of the wellington boot from the inner side, in fig. 5 - a frontal view of the wellington boot from the front, in fig. 6 - a frontal view of the wellington boot from the back, in fig. 7 - a frontal-oblique view from the side of the wellington boot sole, and in fig. 8 - a frontal view perpendicular to the surface of the wellington boot sole. Women's wellington boot, according to an industrial design, comprising a raised upper and a sole with the outline of a sole and a heel, has significant features manifested in that it has a lower part in the shape of a low shoe with a surface texture constituting an imitation of a leather surface, having at the edge of the symmetrical lower front part the outline of a belt containing in the lower part a series of linear parallel convexities with an external semicircular outline, and in the upper part the outline of the edge of the belt, wherein the surface of the belt has a semi-matt texture, different from the remaining surface, and at the edge of the symmetrical lower rear part it has a belt with a lower edge parallel to the edge and containing in the lower part a series of linear parallel convexities with an external semicircular outline, and in the upper part an arc-shaped outline of the edge of the belt, wherein the surface of the belt has a semi-matt texture, different from the remaining surface. The upper part of the boot, constituting the upper, has a texture imitating leather and includes three symmetrical, convex, semicircular bands extending above the lower part. The two lower bands are divided on the outer lateral surface of the upper by a longitudinal surface containing letters of a different color on the surface, forming the word DEMAR. Above the three symmetrical, circumferential bands is a convex, semicircular band placed above the others and divided by part of the upper surface. Around the upper's upper edge are three convex, semicircular bands. The sole of the wellington boot has a different, different surface color in relation to the remaining surfaces, wherein the sole contains, on the periphery of the outer side surfaces, stylized strips made of cuboidal elements with a rough surface and of different, increasing size towards the middle part of the sole and having in the middle part of each element a longitudinal rectangular channel open only on the lateral outer surface, wherein the stylized strip at the periphery of the inner side surface of the sole has, near the front part of the sole, an element with a rough surface and with the outline of a flat wedge having a symmetrical longitudinal rectangular channel, and in the front part the sole contains an element with the outline of a part of a ring with a rough surface, the outer periphery of which constitutes the surface of the sole and has longitudinal, converging towards the center The sole of the wellington boot has a heel containing stylized stripes around the edges of the side surfaces, containing two symmetrical stylized cuboid elements with a rough surface at the edge of the surface and having in the central part of each element a longitudinal rectangular channel open only on the outer lateral surface, wherein, on the edge of the side surface, on the inner side of the heel, it has an element in the shape of a monolithic flat wedge with a rough surface, between which and the stylized strip, on the outer side of the heel, it contains an element in the shape of a part of a ring with a rough surface, having longitudinal rectangular channels converging towards the center of the sole, open only on the outer lateral surface. In the middle part, the sole has a filling surface with a different, distinct surface color, similar to the color of the outer surface of the part of the wellington boot constituting the low shoe and the upper, containing convex cuboidal elements with a rough surface and the outline of stripes, rectangles, angles, where the elements are placed so that the gaps between them have the outline of the letter V. In the middle part, the heel has a filling surface with a different, distinct surface color, similar to the color of the outer surface of the part of the wellington boot constituting the low shoe and the upper, containing convex parallel elements in the outline of wedges. In the middle part, the sole has a wedge-shaped element, connected by the base to the heel surface, containing in the middle part a rectangular element with a different, different surface color, similar to the color of the outer surface of the part of the wellington boot constituting the low shoe and the upper, having convex letters in the shape of an ellipse forming the word DEMAR. Women's wellington boots can be made using any technique from a flexible material, while maintaining that the color of the sole is different, different from the color of the other outer surfaces.
