Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Butelka wykonywana jest z barwionego w masie, na, kolory zielony i ciemnografitowy, polietylenu wysokiej gestosci (PEHD) i stanowi opakowanie do plynnych srodków petrochemicznych dla motoryzacji. Przedmiot wzoru okreslony jest na zalaczonym rysunku oraz fotografiach. Na rysunku pokazano na fig. 1 - butelke w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - pokazano butelke w widoku bocznym lewym, na fig. 3 - pokazano butelke w widoku bocznym prawym, na fig. 4 - pokazano butelke w widoku z dolu, a na fig. 5 - pokazano butelke w widoku z góry. Na fotografiach pokazan o butelke w dwóch wersjach kolorystycznych. 1. Butelka znamienna tym, ze w widoku z przodu - fig. 1 - ma ksztalt prostokata (1) o lukowo zaokraglonych narozach (2). Górna czesc prostokata zwienczona jest z lewej strony stozkiem scietym (2) przechodzacym w gwintowany walec (4) bedacy wlotem butelki. Pomiedzy stozkiem (3), a prawa skrajna krawedzia (5) prostokata widoczny jest uchwyt (6) 5. o przekroju trapezowym, z zaokraglonymi narozami CD i centralnie umieszczonym, trapezowym otworem (8). W centralnej czesci prostokata (1) znajduje sie prostokatne, zaglebione przetioczenie (9). W widoku z góry - fig. 5 - butelka ma ksztalt prostokata (10) o wyoblonych, dluzszych krawedziach (11) i lukowo zaokraglonych wierzcholkach (12). Wewnatrz prostokata, z jednym z jego krótszych boków styka sie obwiednia (14) wytloczenia 10. o przekroju kolistym (15) zwezajacego sie ku kolistemu wlotowi (1© butelki. Koncentrycznie, wokól otworu wlotowego (1© widoczne sa trzy przetloczenia (17) o przekrojach kolistych, z których to o najmniejszej srednicy (18) zaopatrzone jest na swojej krawedzi w gwiazdziscie ulozone, trójkatne wypustki (12). Pomiedzy wewnetrzna, w stosunku do prostokata, czescia obwiedni (14) kolistego wytloczenia (15) o najwiekszej 15. srednicy, a prze-ciwleglym, krótszym bokiem prostokata, centralnie, równolegle do wzdluznej osi prostokata widocz-na jest górna powierzchnia uchwytu butelki (20) i przekroju w ksztalcie prostokata. W widoku z dolu - fig. 4 - butelka ma ksztalt prostokata (21) o wyoblonych na zewnatrz dluzszych bokach (22) i lukowo zaokraglonych naroznikach20. osmioboku, splaszczonego wzdluz osi wzdluznej tego prostokata. Z lewej strony tego pasa widoczna jest wytlo-czona podzialka (52) skalowana w litrach. The bottle is made of mass-dyed high-density polyethylene (PEHD) in green and dark graphite and constitutes packaging for liquid petrochemicals for the automotive industry. The subject of the design is defined in the attached drawing and photographs. The drawing shows Fig. 1 - the bottle in a front view, Fig. 2 - the bottle in a left side view, Fig. 3 - the bottle in a right side view, Fig. 4 - the bottle in a bottom view, and Fig. 5 - the bottle in a top view. The photographs show the bottle in two color versions. 1. The bottle is characterized in that in the front view - Fig. 1 - it has a rectangular shape (1) with rounded corners (2). The upper part of the rectangle is topped on the left with a truncated cone (2) that transitions into a threaded cylinder (4) that serves as the bottle's inlet. Between the cone (3) and the rightmost edge (5) of the rectangle, a handle (6) with a trapezoidal cross-section is visible, with rounded corners (CD) and a centrally located trapezoidal hole (8). In the central part of the rectangle (1), there is a rectangular, recessed recess (9). In the top view - Fig. 5 - the bottle has the shape of a rectangle (10) with rounded, longer edges (11) and arc-rounded tops (12). Inside the rectangle, one of its shorter sides is in contact with the envelope (14) of the embossment 10 with a circular cross-section (15) narrowing towards the circular inlet (1© of the bottle. Concentrically, around the inlet opening (1©) there are three visible embossments (17) with circular cross-sections, of which the one with the smallest diameter (18) is provided with star-shaped, triangular projections (12) on its edge. Between the inner, in relation to the rectangle, part of the envelope (14) of the circular embossment (15) with the largest diameter and the opposite, shorter side of the rectangle, centrally, parallel to the longitudinal axis of the rectangle, there is visible the upper surface of the bottle holder (20) and the cross-section in the shape of rectangle. In the bottom view - fig. 4 - the bottle has the shape of a rectangle (21) with longer sides (22) rounded outwards and arc-rounded corners 20. an octagon, flattened along the longitudinal axis of this rectangle. In the left side view - fig. 2 - the bottle has the shape of a rectangle (25), with arc-rounded corners at the base of the bottle (26) and longer edges shallowly cut inwards (22), passing at the top into a trapezoid (28) with a lower, longer base equal to the width of the bottle and an upper, shorter base equal to the diameter of the circular embossing, forming a collar (29) 25. at the base of the threaded cylinder (20) forming the inlet opening (21) of the bottle.
