Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony zostal na rysunku. Zglaszana do ochrony plakietka reklamowa - charakteryzuje sie tym, ze przedstawia napis „Izabela". Przy czym tlo napisu moze zostac dowolnie skomponowane, sam zas napis moze zostac wykonany z uzyciem czcionek o róznym ksztalcie. Cech e istotna wzoru przedstawionego na rysunku stanowi to, ze stanowi go oryginalny napis „Izabela" przedstawiony w prostym ukladzie graficznym.
