Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klamka stosowana miedzy innymi w budownictwie. W znanych dotychczas klamkach jej czesci chwytowa oraz trzon posiadaja przekrój : okragly,owalny lub zblizony do wymienio- -nych ,nadto czesc chwytowa posiada dwa katowe wygiecia. Nowoscia zgloszonego wzoru jest to,ze zewnetrzna strona luku kazdego katowego wygiecia,zakonczona jest pólkolistym uwypukleniem .Uwypuklenie znajdujace sie od strony trzonu klamki zanika z obu swoich stron zas drugie z jednej strony zanika a z drugiej jest przedluzone do konca klamki. Taki ksztalt klamki czyni ja bardziej oryginalna. Wzór przemyslowy zostal pokazany na zdjeciu oraz na rysunku. na którym Fig. 1 - przedstawia widok od dolu, Fig.2 - pólwidok pólprzekrój z boku wraz z miejscowymi przekrojami a Fig.3 - widok klamki z góry. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest to,ze zewnetrzna strona luku kazdego katowego wygiecia,zakonczona jest pólkolistym uwypukleniem,przy czym uwypuklenie znajdujace sie od strony trzonu klamki zanika z obu swoich stron zas drugie z jednej strony zanika a z drugiej jest przedluzone do konca klamki .Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a door handle used in construction, among other applications. In previously known door handles, the gripping portion and the shaft have a cross-section: round, oval, or similar. Furthermore, the gripping portion has two angular bends. The novelty of the submitted design is that the outer arc of each angular bend terminates in a semicircular convexity. The convexity located on the handle shaft side fades on both sides, while the other convexity fades on one side and extends to the end of the handle on the other. This shape makes the handle more original. The industrial design is shown in a photograph and a drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a bottom view, Fig. 2 shows a half-sectional side view with local cross-sections, and Fig. 3 shows the handle from above. The essential features of the industrial design are that the outer side of the arc of each angular bend is finished with a semicircular convexity, where the convexity located on the side of the handle shaft disappears on both sides, while the other convexity disappears on one side and on the other is extended to the end of the handle.
