Butelka dla niemowlat przeznaczona jest do karmienia i pojenia niemowlat. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, butelka dla niemowlat wedlug wzoruprzemyslowego wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Butelka dla niemowlat posiada gwintowana szyjke, na która nakrecana jest nakretka mocujaca smoczek. Pod gwintowana szyjka butelka ma kolnierz w ksztalcie zblizonym do walca o dolnej powierzchni scietej ukosnie z przodu i z tylu, zas górnej powierzchni wypuklej, oraz o zaokraglonych krawedziach. Pod tym kolnierzem butelka ma czesc srodkowa w ksztalcie walca o powierzchni bocznej splaszczonej z przodu i z tylu, zas pod ta czescia srodkowa ma podstawe w ksztalcie zblizonym do walca o górnej powierzchni scietej ukosnie z przodu i z tylu oraz o zaokraglonych krawedziach, przy czym obszary polaczenia czesci srodkowej z kolnierzem i podstawa sa lukowo zaokraglone. Cechami istotnymi butelki dla niemowlat wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze pod gwintowana szyjka ma kolnierz wksztalcie zblizonym do walca o dolnej powierzchni scietej ukosnie z przodu i z tylu, zas górnej powierzchni.wypuklej, oraz o zaokraglonych krawedziach. The industrial design registration right is valid from December 9, 2002. Priority: June 10, 2002, United States of America. The subject of the industrial design is a baby bottle. The baby bottle is intended for feeding and watering infants. Compared to similar products of this type, the baby bottle based on the industrial design is distinguished by its new form, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. A design of a babies' bottle is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a babies' bottle in a perspective view, with the threaded bottle neck, cap and teat shown in dashed lines, solely for illustrative purposes, as they do not constitute the subject matter of the protection sought by the applicant, Fig. 2A - the bottle from Fig. 1 in a front view, Fig. 2B - the bottle from Fig. 1 with a screwed cap and teat in a front view, Fig. 3 - the bottle from Fig. 1 in a back view, Fig. 4 - a right-side view, Fig. 5 - a left-side view, Fig. 6 - a top view, Fig. 7 - a bottom view. The babies' bottle has a threaded neck onto which a cap fastening the teat is screwed. Below the threaded neck, the bottle has a collar in a shape similar to a cylinder with a lower surface cut diagonally at the front and back, a convex upper surface, and rounded edges. Below this collar, the bottle has a central cylindrical section with a lateral surface flattened at the front and back, and below this central section, a base in a shape similar to a cylinder with an upper surface cut diagonally at the front and back and rounded edges, the areas where the central section joins the collar and the base are rounded in an arc. The essential features of a baby bottle according to the industrial design are that under the threaded neck it has a collar in a shape similar to a cylinder with a lower surface cut diagonally at the front and back, and a convex upper surface, and with rounded edges. Under this collar, the bottle has a central part in the shape of a cylinder with a lateral surface flattened at the front and back, and under this central part it has a base in a shape similar to a cylinder with an upper surface cut diagonally at the front and back and with rounded edges, wherein the areas of connection of the central part with the collar and the base are rounded in an arc - as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1 - fig. 7.
