Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegarek przeznaczony do odmierzania czasu. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1- przedstawia zegarek w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - zegarek w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - zegarek w widoku z tylu. Cecha istotna przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego jest odmienny ksztalt od dotychczas znanych wzorów. Zegarek charakteryzuje sie tym, ze posiada okragly cyferblat z umieszczonymi na nim osmioma cyframi pisanymi pogrubiona czcionka oraz z centrycznie umieszczonymi wskazówkami. W górnej czesci cyferblatu, pod kreska odpowiadajaca godzinie 12, znajduje sie stylizowany napis „Asprey". Na wysokosci godziny 3 w malym okregu widnieje liczba 25. W dolnej czesci cyferblatu, umieszczony jest okrag, utworzony z malych kreseczek otoczonych cienka linia, z wewnetrznie wpisanymi liczbami 20,40, i 60. Z prawej strony, na obudowie zegarka jest wystep, w którym jest usytuowane stozkowe pokretlo, z litera „A" na swojej powierzchni zewnetrznej. Wystep jest okolo 2-krotnie wezszy od grubosci zegarka oraz posiada trójkatne przewezenie w poblizu pokretla. Wystep w górnej i dolnej czesci zegarka jest wygiety po katem przechodzac w wystajace mocowanie paska. W widoku z tylu na denku zegarka znajduje sie okrag o srednicy okolo 3/5 srednicy zegarka, a powyzej niej umieszczony jest stylizowany napis , Asprey", zas ponizej napis,AUTOMATIC".Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PLThe industrial design is a watch designed for measuring time. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, where Fig. 1 shows the watch from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the back. A significant feature of the industrial design is its different shape from previously known designs. The watch is characterized by a round dial with eight bold numerals and centrally positioned hands. At the top of the dial, below the 12 o'clock mark, is the stylized inscription "Asprey." At 3 o'clock, the number 25 appears in a small circle. At the bottom of the dial, there is a circle made up of small lines surrounded by a thin line, with the numbers 20, 40, and 60 inscribed inside. On the right side of the watch case, there is a protrusion in which a conical dial is located, with the letter "A" on its outer surface. The protrusion is approximately twice as narrow as the thickness of the watch and has a triangular narrowing near the dial. The protrusion in the upper and lower parts of the watch is bent at an angle, passing into a protruding strap mount. In the rear view, on the back of the watch, there is a circle with a diameter of approximately 3/5 of the watch's diameter, and above it is a stylized inscription "Asprey", and below it the inscription "AUTOMATIC". 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL
