Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w uksztaltowaniu powierzchni oraz umieszczonych na niej elementach ozdobnych. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony zostal na zalaczonych fotografiach na których Fig. 1 przedstawia widok czolowy a Fig.2 widok czesci dolnej. Opakowanie stanowi bryla skladajaca sie z dwóch czesci dolnej i górnej, których ksztalt zewnetrzny ma zarys wycinka okregu przechodzacego w linie prosta luk i linie prosta Czesc dolna opakowania poczawszy od luków, ma wystep na którym znajduje sie element ozdobny w postaci zlotej linii. Górna czesc opakowania ma na swej powierzchni fantazyjnie uksztaltowane litery A pod nimi napis w którym ramiona litery C i y sa fantazyjnie uksztaltowane tworzac zarys zblizony do elipsy. Ramie litery C ma element ozdobny w postaci lezki. Elementy ozdobne sa w kolorze zlotym. PLPackaging The right to register a decorative pattern has been in force since 04/03/1999. The package is a block consisting of two upper and lower parts, the external shape of which has the outline of a segment of a circle that passes into a line, a straight hatch and a straight line. The upper part of the package has on its surface fancifully shaped letters A, below them an inscription in which the arms of the letter C and y are fancifully shaped, forming an outline similar to an ellipse. The C frame has a decorative element in the form of a teardrop. Decorative elements are in gold. PL
