Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest miska sedesowa typu compact. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac miski sedesowej, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczo- nych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia miske sedesowa w widoku perspektywicznym boczno-czolowym, fig. 2 - miske sedesowa w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - miske sedesowa w naprzeciwleglym widoku z boku, fig. 4 - miske sedesowa w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 - miske sedesowa w widoku z tylu, fig. 6 - miske sedesowa w widoku z góry, zas fig. 7 przedstawia miske sedesowa w widoku od dolu. Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym i jak uwidoczniono na zalaczo- nych rysunkach, miska sedesowa ma postac bryly, skladajacej sie z czesci miskowej i zbiornika spluczki, posadowionych na wspólnym postumencie i integralnie z nim polaczonych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze czesc miskowa i zbiornik spluczki tworza w widoku z góry zaiys klina z zaokraglonym ostrzem, przy czym obwodowy kolnierz miski przechodzi w dwa boczne pasy poziome, skierowane ku tylowi i rozdzielajace zbior- nik spluczki od postumentu, na których sa wsparte dwie boczne scianki zbiornika spluczki, usytuowane wzgledem siebie rozbieznie ku tylowi i zbieznie ku górze. Przód scianki zbiornika spluczki stanowi kuliscie wklesla scianka, której krawedz boczna i krawedz górna maja zarysylukowe, zas tylna jego scianka ma zarys trapezu. Kopulasta powierzchnia spodnia czesci miskowej jest wsparta na frontowej czesci postumentu, która w widoku z przodu jest ograniczona powierzchnia stanowiaca po- wierzchnie stozka scietego, natomiast postument w swej dalszej czesci, skierowanej ku tylowi, ma postac, spoczywajacej na plaskiej plytce, scianki znacznie wezszej niz frontowa czesc postumentu, lecz nieco po- grubionej w swej czesci górnej oraz majacej tylny profil zblizony do od- wróconej litery S, przy czym zarys wymienionej plaskiej plytki i dolny zarys frontowej czesci postumentu, dopelniajac sie wzajemnie, tworza zarys wydluzonego owalu.FIG. 1FIG. 2 FIG. 3 FIG. 5 FIG. 4 FIG. 6 FIG. 7 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a compact toilet bowl. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the toilet bowl, manifested in its shape and surface arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the toilet bowl in a side-front perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the toilet bowl in a side view, Fig. 3 shows the toilet bowl in an opposite side view, Fig. 4 shows the toilet bowl in a front view, Fig. 5 shows the toilet bowl in a rear view, Fig. 6 shows the toilet bowl in a top view, and Fig. 7 shows the toilet bowl in a bottom view. According to the decorative design and as shown in the attached drawings, the toilet bowl has the form of a solid body consisting of a bowl section and a flush tank, mounted on a common pedestal and integrally connected to it. The essential features of the industrial design are that, when viewed from above, the bowl section and the flush tank form a wedge with a rounded edge, with the bowl's circumferential flange merging into two horizontal side strips, directed rearward and separating the flush tank from the pedestal, which support the two side walls of the flush tank, positioned with a divergence towards the rear and a convergence towards the top. The front wall of the cistern is a spherically concave wall whose side and upper edges have arc-shaped outlines, while its rear wall has a trapezoidal outline. The domed underside of the bowl portion is supported by the front part of the pedestal, which in the front view is bounded by a surface constituting the surface of a truncated cone, while the pedestal, in its distal part facing rearward, has the form of a wall resting on a flat plate, much narrower than the front part of the pedestal, but slightly thicker in its upper part and having a rear profile similar to an inverted S-shaped letter, wherein the outline of the said flat plate and the lower outline of the front part of the pedestal, complementing each other, form the outline of an elongated oval.
