Dwuczesciowa etykieta na butelke Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 4.03.1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest dwuczesciowa etykieta na butelke, zwlaszcza wody mineralnej. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac dwuczesciowej etykiety na butelke, przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia naklejona na butelke dwuczesciowa etykiete, zlozona z dwóch etykiet o zarysie prostokata, umieszczonych po przeciwleglych stronach bu-telki, przy czym jedna z etykiet posiada fragment przezroczysty o zarysie trójkata, skierowanego wierzcholkiem ku górze, fig. 2 przedstawia taka sama dwuczesciowa etykiete na butelke, na której fragment przezroczysty na jednej czesci etykiety ma za- rys pionowego prostokata, fig. 3 przedstawia dwuczesciowa etykiete, na której frag- ment przezroczysty ma zarys malego prostokata, umieszczonego w srodku pola jednej czesci etykiety, fig. 4 przedstawia dwuczesciowa etykiete, na której fragment prze- zroczysty ma zarys poziomego prostokata, fig. 5 przedstawia dwuczesciowa etykiete, na której fragment przezroczysty ma zarys trójkata, skierowanego wierzcholkiem do dolu, fig. 6 przedstawia dwuczesciowa etykiete, na której fragment przezroczysty ma zarys rombu, fig. 7 przedstawia dwuczesciowa etykiete, na której fragment przezro- czysty ma zarys pionowego prostokata o lukowo wygietym górnym boku, fig. 8 przedstawia dwuczesciowa etykiete, na której fragment przezroczysty ma zarys po- ziomego owalu, fig. 9 przedstawia dwuczesciowa etykiete, na której fragment prze- zroczysty ma zarys pionowego owalu, fig. 10 przedstawia dwuczesciowa etykiete, na której fragment przezroczysty ma zarys trójkata o lukowo wygietych bokach. Obie czesci dwuczesciowej etykiety wedlug wzoru maja zarys prostokata i na- klejone sa po przeciwleglych stronach butelki, przy czym jedna czesc etykiety jest nieprzezroczysta i naklejona tak, ze jej powierzchnia zawierajaca informacje slowne i graficzne pokrywa sie z zewnetrzna powierzchnia butelki, natomiast druga czesc etykiety, umieszczona po przeciwleglej stronie butelki, ma informacje slowne i gra- ficzne umieszczone na jej zewnetrznej stronie, przy czym fragment tej czesci etykiety, posiadajacy rózne zarysy, jest przezroczysty.Patrzacy na dwuczesciowa etykiete od strony jej czesci z przezroczystym frag- mentem, widzi jednoczesnie informacje zawarte na obu czesciach etykiety. Na rysunku nieprzezroczyste pola obu czesci etykiety, zawierajace informacje slowne i graficzne, zostaly zakreskowane w odróznieniu od niezakreskowanego frag- mentu przezroczystego. The essence of the design is a new form of a two-part bottle label, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a two-part label stuck on a bottle, consisting of two labels with a rectangular outline, placed on opposite sides of the bottle, where one of the labels has a transparent fragment with the outline of a triangle, with its apex directed upwards, Fig. 2 shows the same two-part label for a bottle, on which the transparent fragment on one part of the label has the outline of a vertical rectangle, Fig. 3 shows a two-part label, on which the transparent fragment has the outline of a small rectangle, placed in the middle of the field of one part of the label, Fig. 4 shows a two-part label, on which the transparent fragment has the outline of a horizontal rectangle, Fig. 5 shows a two-part label, on which the transparent fragment has the outline of a triangle, with its apex directed downwards, Fig. 6 shows a two-part label, on which the fragment the transparent part has the outline of a rhombus, fig. 7 shows a two-part label on which the transparent part has the outline of a vertical rectangle with an arc-shaped upper side, fig. 8 shows a two-part label on which the transparent part has the outline of a horizontal oval, fig. 9 shows a two-part label on which the transparent part has the outline of a vertical oval, fig. 10 shows a two-part label on which the transparent part has the outline of a triangle with arc-shaped sides. Both parts of the two-part label, as shown in the design, are rectangular in shape and are affixed to opposite sides of the bottle. One part of the label is opaque and affixed so that its surface containing verbal and graphic information is flush with the outer surface of the bottle. The other part of the label, located on the opposite side of the bottle, has verbal and graphic information on its outer surface. The part of this part of the label with different outlines is transparent. A person looking at the two-part label from the side with the transparent section simultaneously sees the information contained on both parts of the label. In the illustration, the opaque areas of both parts of the label, containing verbal and graphic information, are hatched to distinguish them from the unhatched transparent section.
