Kupon konkursowy stanowi prostokat wykonany ze stosunkowo twardego, dwustronnie zadrukowanego papieru.Na awersie wzoru przemyslowego, po jego lewej stronie, znajduje sie jednokolorowy pas, zajmujacy okolo 1/6 szerokosci calego wzoru, przeznaczony przede wszystkim do umieszczania na nim logo sieci handlowych, sklepów oraz producentów, organizujacych dany konkurs, loterie badz promocje. W dolnej czesci pasa znajduje sie wielokatna „chmurka", na której drukowane sa przede wszystkim informacje o ilosci i wysokosci nagród w konkursie, loterii badz promocji. Pozostala czesc tla kuponu konkursowego wykonana jest w kolorze bialym. W prawym, górnym rogu wzoru przemyslowego umieszczone jest specjalne miejsce, w ksztalcie prostokata, w którym ukryta jest informacja o wygranej. Po lewej stronie kuponu konkursowego, umieszczony jest stosunkowo duzy napis „CZEK", a ponizej, wydrukowana mniejsza czcionka informacja, ze jezeli kwota umieszczona w okienku odpowiada danej kwocie wyrazonej slownie, to kupon konkursowy staje sie bonem towarowym na taka kwote. Rewers wzoru przemyslowego podzielony jest na trzy czesci, w których opisane sa trzy mozliwosci wygranych, w zaleznosci od tego, co zostalo ujawnione w ukrytej informacji na awersie kuponu konkursowego. Napisy wykonane sa róznym krojem czcionek, jak równiez róznia sie ich wielkoscia, poczynajac od najwiekszych w górnym rzedzie, poprzez srednie w srodkowych rzedach, a konczac na najmniejszych w dolnej czesci informacji. The subject of the industrial design is a contest coupon, which can be used in all kinds of promotional campaigns by retail chains, stores, and manufacturers. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and ornamentation. The new form of the contest coupon, according to the solution, manifests itself in the inclusion of a special rectangular space within which information about the winning prize is hidden. This information is hidden thanks to a special chemical substance and can only be revealed upon contact with another chemical substance. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the obverse of the contest coupon, while Fig. 2 shows the reverse. The contest coupon is a rectangle made of relatively hard, double-sided printed paper. On the left side of the industrial design, there is a single-color stripe, approximately 1/6 of the width of the entire design, intended primarily for the logos of retail chains, stores, and manufacturers organizing a given contest, lottery, or promotion. At the bottom of the stripe is a polygonal "cloud," which primarily prints information about the number and value of prizes in the contest, lottery, or promotion. The remaining background of the contest coupon is white. In the upper right corner of the industrial design, there is a special rectangular area containing information about the winnings. On the left side of the contest coupon is a relatively large inscription "CHECK," and below, printed in smaller font, information that if the amount entered in the window matches the given amount expressed in words, the contest coupon becomes a gift certificate for that amount. The reverse of the industrial design is divided into three sections, each describing three possible winnings, depending on the hidden information on the front of the competition ticket. The text is in different fonts and sizes, ranging from the largest in the top row, through medium-sized in the middle rows, to the smallest at the bottom.
